In practice, "Euro" can mean credit and debit cards, even to the exclusion of cash altogether. Also many services do not accept 100 or larger notes, also many places accept more than 50 coins since they probably don't know that they could reject it. Or don't care.
If you're a business that accepts coins, you probably want as many as you can get (within the realms of sensibility). Nothing worse than running out of float.

$12.92M on Stamp's order book. That has to be a record high.
Plus $24.51M on Gox's. Healthy amount of bids on BTC's exchanges, that's a fact.

lol, I know what happens next BTCChina implements withdrawals in western currencies and the US craps its self trying to compete Have you tried the site yet? It's actually pretty nifty. Don't need to be verified to trade coin and don't need a bank account either. How do you get currency out (since you are in an arb opportunity)? I don't take currency out, I just use it to trade btc with 0% fee's. When I'm finished I'll with draw to cold storage and forget about the bitcoin world for the foreseeable future. Others on this thread have discussed purchasing gold from sellers in China and having them ship it to the West but that's too much effort for me.

I have orders at Stamp for the rest of my fiat down to upper 400s - but I don't want to be left in fiat when new cash comes in.... The bears have another 96 hours or so, MAX. I want to be all in BTC when the noob cavalry with the investor artillery comes riding over the hill.
Bear market will be done soon, then the medium / long bet MUST be UP if the exchanges remain (reasonably) reliable.
Have you seen Stamp's order book? Bid's have exploded. 12.75 mil now. I would be worried about being left with that fiat if I were you, the money is pouring in. Dont make it worse ;'( Explosion is due to a simple matter. Europe goes to sleep and prepares for flashcrashes. Of Bitstamp's bids, 5% are mine. When I wake up, I lift them and then the price may move again. Probably not the only one thinking like this..

Bitstamp had "banking software problems" and didn't credit any deposit for +1 week, they just solved it, that's why bids grew by almost 50%.
