Looks like a squat toilet formation is forming. As long as China forgets to flush, I think we're in the clear.

Now the poll changes so often, is there a way to collate who gets the most "correct" answers each month (for the poll questions that are quantifiable). I'd even pay like 0.05 BTC per month to be in a prediction league where the winners get the spoils!

Somewhat surprised and honestly relieved to see that we didn't have another massive sell-a-thon this morning in China. I'm guessing people are realizing several things:
1) There is plenty of time to liquidate into a Chinese bank, if that is what you prefer. 2) You can liquidate at a foreign exchange and work out a way to have the fiat delivered to you. 3) For long term investors, you can move coins to another exchange or a cold wallet and just sit on them. 4) The Chinese exchanges are working on legal ways to have money deposited/withdrawn. 5) There is a lot to be said for holding onto something which will be harder for other Chinese to get for the time being. 6) Bitcoin has a future and it doesn't make sense to sell out at a deep discount if you think there is a solid chance it will recover from this slump. In fact, for many Chinese who got in early, it's a unique opportunity to own a quirky investment that might pay off incredibly in the future. 7) Investors are salivating over these prices. I'm betting there is a lot of big money that was waiting for a big correction like this to go all in.

I doctor friend once told me that it's much healthier to shit squatting than to sit on toilets as westerners do.... something about long term effects, organ health..... something....
Supposedly it's better for the plumbing because less force is required. Someone just needs to design a raised platform to place around western styled toilets so we can get the "squatting" experience here the USA. Sell it on an infomercial and talk about the health benefits. BAM!! One of the first things to freak you out when you go to China is going to the loo and finding footprints on the toilet seat...gives a whole new meaning to 'wiping the seat down'.

It doesn't matter, bitcoin is on a multi year downswing/bear market. Analysis and laws of finance rule.

Place your bets. Here's mine:
Loaded stopped off in Tokyo for a one-on-one with Mark. When Mark came down he remembered something like, 'if you don't get your shit together, my friends and I will flush you out to sea'. (or words to that effect)
He, Mark, then started on a plan to rapidly massage his fractional reserve closer to unity.

I'm pretty sure that's the same message from last night. Nothing new there. What is new, is that it is being spread around the interwebz that the exchanges may be able to accept deposits in fiat directly from banks. Whether this is true or not, has yet to be seen.

Glad that my rants about things both designed and made in China last no more than 1 month were right again.
