Have you looked at the Bid sum we've been talking about the last few pages?

we're back at $42+ million again  Grin

where are you pulling these numbers from ? it is constantly getting higher and higher !!!

Edit: the ask is getting lower though....

trading.i286 and blockchained.com give different figures for the bid/ask sums. Blockchained is always less. Is there an answer for which is correct?

yes it depends on the depth of the book, I can pull the bids from the highest to 0 , I don't know how it works on blockchained ! maybe they don't pull the whole bids ?

as someone already has sad, you have the total bid sum on all orderbooks (?). I have the bid sum on mtgox only.

the sum ask is decreasing. we were in 31+k btc  before the rally started, we are now at 26+k btc. that's on mtgox.

I'm just going to focus on the momentum across exchanges for the next few days.  We were hit with an X factor that thwarts traditional analysis and is only predictable through voodoo or insider information.

I hit my tuck-tale and buy back in price a couple late nights ago when OKCoin started their workaround for deposits.  It stings at first, but I maintain that in crypto, opportunities are on a carousel and patience is often rewarded.  I'm thankful to have always recovered and gained ground at some point after taking a hit.  My best recovery story in crypto was $40k in 12 days of riding waves.

You may not make it up today, tomorrow, or even in a month, but the market will provide entries and exits worth acting upon in time.
