So you're saying they're based in Russia? Why would I claim that without a credible source to back it up?

btw, masterluc was right: any warning issued by the russian central bank or any other federal institution is treated like law the very next day.
it doesnt really matter where btc-e server are, but who owns them. if russians, they might have a problem.

So you're saying they're based in Russia? What is the significance of this? BTC-E exchanges BTC for RUR, which likely places them in a legally unclear (if not clearly illegal) context as regards Russian law. Being incorporated or having servers elsewhere doesn't change that.

So you're saying they're based in Russia? Yes. Then why hasn't Putin sniffed them out and fed them to a pack of wild wolves. Due process isn't a thing over there.

Pootie is not exactly a bitcoin fanatic, because he does not understand, as most political figures seem incapable of comprehending that their people would rather trade their own currency than a billionaire dictators. Er wait. Maybe he just doesn't care.

they understand all things correctly. It's normal and pretty usual for Russian businesses to be legally registered outside of fucking Pootie's house.
