So far, it is seriously affecting about (0.8/325.7)X4(family size)=1% of the population.

 My wife doesn't drink at all so when we go out, neither do I... unless, we are in Romania in which case, if it gets set in front of me, it gets drunk and usually so do I.  While I'm by no means an abstainer, I rarely drink.  When I do, it's pretty much exclusively light beer.
