I am afraid dear hodlers, that soon we will have a big problem! No, I am not talking about a crash! I am talking about going above 10K. Last time some of us (like me) didn't sell anything, but what will you do, when we hit 15K-ish zone again? I am just curious (this may be kinda of a new poll), if you have any strategy? Hodl all, sell 1/3, sell 1/2, sell all, or other. I am pumping up myself to hodl everything until I reach the right amount for a nice beach villa, new car and savings equivalent to my salary before my retirement after 20 years.  Hopefully the property will be paid with BTC, so I may not sell BTC at all  Grin
I wait until I see the fiats will be replaced by bitcoins. So we will never need to worry about compering it with the fiat currency. For daily trade you will only have bitcoins.

Can I have a B&H 20 please? Yeah that one please. How much?
8 μBTC please

I pay and walk away. No fiat only bitcoins.

Hopefully the property will be paid with BTC, so I may not sell BTC at all  Grin So far, I have only one strategy for BTC:

The plan is to hodl till 100k.

But seriously, its a terrible feeling to sell and the rocket ship keeps going up.  I won't sell unless this becomes life changing money somehow, my only short term goal is to have enough to buy a house.

ivomm has a point.

I am pretty sure many of us here will be lining up to sell most of their stash as soon as we see any price above $10k. Only a handful of people will be left when it hits $15k.

And after $15k its a huuuge huge gamble.

Just like happened in 2017 when people saw $1200-1500, many people dumped their shit but then it went to $20k.

The thing is, you don't know what'll happen when it passes $20k.

It can go as high as $100k, maybe 200k... or... It may start to fall after reaching $30k.

Hard decision to make for many.

*It is better to set yourself a target and wait for it till it happens. That's what I'll do.

These hats are one-size-fits-all me; no need to ever change the size.

Avatar sized

Hope it fits Wink

Homer dude, it is a great honor to have an xhomerx10 original.
Please take care, so that you can continue to contribute, with this artful WO tradition.
Truthfully, thank you.

This is my hat.
My hat is my best friend. It is my life.
There are many hats like this, but this one is mine.
I must master it as I must master my life.
Without me, my hat is useless. Without my hat, I am useless. I must fire my hat true.
I must shoot straighter than my enemy who is trying to kill me. I must shoot him before he shoots me.

I will.

if everyone understood that the UTXO set size is kind-of only bound by the block size...

The UTXO set size is also kind-of only bound by the number of people who hold bitcoin.

Quote

...they would pretty much never advocate for any significant block size increase.

Indeed, capping the block size is an effective way of capping the number of participants in the Bitcoin system.

With this number of activities and merit you were suppose to be a full member. Is there anything wrong in the system?

See broken BSV

There ain't nothing broken 'bout SV except the price. Which is  indeed regrettable. But is driven solely by individual perception aggregated as market sentiment.

Quote
Seriously though Bitcoincash is fucking stupid, a money and power grab that thankfully failed. These guys are just all fools, enjoy 1GB BSV blocks and empty bch blocks.

MmmHmmm... And when the next wave of FOMO comes, BTC inevitably being throttled by on chain tx limitations and soaring fees, people's perceptions of the wisdom behind bigger blocks will recalibrate.

Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if BCH pumps harder during the next bull run.  Doesn't take a genius to know that the alts pump a lot harder during bullruns.
