A fun fact:
Some may recall that in author Bret Easton Ellis‘s novel of the same name from 1991, Bateman resides in the same high-status apartment building as Cruise and actually runs into him on an elevator. This detail is not mentioned in Harron’s chat, however…

Thanks for that .. combined a few of my fave things...  gotta love all things pointing out how much of an odd ball Tom Cruise is... and Christian Bale, great actor...but also more than a hint of nutty in him too..

Bret Easton Ellis- great author... and yeah now you mention it I do recall the elevator thang.. great book...  also Lunar park which is
semi autobiographical is pure genius!

Great bit of trivia thanks.

anyway must go... I have some video tapes to return.

Again, I'm optimistic long term, but, and this comes from my experience through the 2011 long slow slide, during a downtrend when people start depending/hoping on bid "walls" on depth charts, things are probably not going well.

Read my sig.  I am not relying on the wall.

And for all you bots out there reading this thread Choo choo choo choo choo choo.

600 wall holding up for now, maybe next bounce will eat it. I can watch these charts for hours when there's action like this

I wonder if the hackers plan to use the coins stolen from sr2.0 to sell into rallies, or sell after large rallies

They actually stole the coins? I thought it was complete BS after a quick glance. I guess it depends if they are bulls or bears  Cheesy

seems to be 4400 coins, the admins claiming they used the malleability issue which I don't believe at all

http://www.deepdotweb.com/2014/02/13/silk-road-2-hacked-bitcoins-stolen-unknown-amount/ this is one of the articles I've read.

It people realizig that if the hold it could be months/years untill they see profit of their original investment. Its called cutting your loses.

Actually its not. Most bots are not in use. This is voluntary dumping based off fear of a unpredictable market. Why hold at 500 when you can cut your loss at 500 then buy back at 400. This is everyone's mindset currently.

Well if they couldn't hold till they we're in the profit then they sound pretty sheepish to me, the only reason I've sold coins is that I want more coins...and I've stopped that cause I really don't like perpetuating being a vulture on these noob panic sellers. However its hard to turn down the chance to make ..200 a coin nearly if I sold at my assumed peak on cavirtex of 850 Cheesy  666 is the current re-entry price.. oh well I don't feel bad, just looking forward to the recovery down the road.

"Update: The amount of BTC that was stolen was calculated by Nicholas Weaver @NCWeaver – Computer Security Researcher, to be around:  4474.266369160003BTC that are with the value of about $2.7 Million."
This seem like a good estimate I'd love to know what the calculations he used we're

Meanwhile in other news, gold is over 1300 again and rising like a champion.
