People who are on short sides or ones who had being saying from long that bitcoin is a bubble and will explode quickly and become worthless. Their expressions at different leave of prices from 10k to 12k would be something like this. What will happen when it crosses and remain above 12k?  |

Well, it is definitely shitty for mindrust. He sold his 10 BTC at the price he bought them - 4K, i.e. $40K. If he holded instead of selling, now he would have around $120K, i.e. $80K profit. And if he was smarter, he would have bought with his remaining savings $80K at 4K, so now he would have 30 BTC worth $360K, i.e. $240K profit. I don't know how his newly invented DCA is working, but this is definitely a bad year for him. |

That is a good point: You really should never measure bitcoin against a basket case crock of value like dollars. We need a chart that shows what percentage of a new Lambo V12 midline model (the ones with the gull wing doors) can be bought. Currently an basic Aventador has a MSRP of $421,145 or 35.85 bitcoins. When the price of a Lambo goes to 1btc then call me. When it gets to 10btc we can say bitcoin is "going up". |
