Thrusters are warming up. Pamping time is upon us.

24K by Christmas, the Slayer Guarantee.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind if we hover here for a few weeks or even months. Would really throw those "Bitcoin is too volatile!" Folks for a loop.

However, my gut (magic eightball) tells me we have have 2 maybe 3 days left in this territory before happening bunker sirens.

Your gut is correct.

And if we dont reach 24k by Christmas the CEO of Bitcoin will refund every Bitcoin for 100 million Satoshis for all unsatisfied customers.

Yeah, you can only carry so many clips with you, you really want to make sure you have ammo when you really need it.

Typical load out for M4 or M16 (or AR-15 equivalent) is like 4 mags on your chest, right? That's what I usually see anyway. My own military has no standards, we get what we get, but since I'm an officer I stick to my 1911 as my sidearm. Eventually I'll switch to 9mm. Maybe a "standard" Glock 17.

I'm getting partial to shotguns since most countries don't seem to have too many restrictions on them, particularly if you got a simple manual pump shotgun. A little practice and you can fire that thing in quick bursts, then if you really need continuous cover you can stuff a shell every few seconds.

I have a state trooper friend I know him for 58 years met him at 5 years old in kindergarten .  He owns a machine gun shotgun. Note he is not a NJ to NY state trooper.

He lives in a state that allows this gun. It is a pretty amazing gun.

I've been contemplating somethig recently. We all expect that 2021 will be incredible for Bitcoin. May be the price will cross 50K, 100K, 200K, or even more. With that in mind, wouldn't it be better if I take an unpaid leave of absence from my work for 1 year and go to some exotic island with no internet and tv. My work spot will be reserved, so I have no worries for that. I could just put some sell orders between 50K and 500K and when I return, I will discover what happened. In this way, I will avoid the emotional decisions and selling too much too early.  Roll Eyes

Haha, that's a great plan, In theory. Are you going to be able to execute it given that you're probably checking BTC's price every day if not every hour to see if it finally got above that 20K   Shocked

If you can deal with that and if you're job will be there after that 1 year maybe worth thinking about it but you might miss out on other investment opportunities, like Alts and DeFi projects - just saying  Wink

Oh gawd!!!!!!!   Roll Eyes

Did you stumble out of the ANN section of the forum or did you come from reddit?

Shitty gun..
“Grenades” don’t even explode..

Apparently the thing can pierce 2 inches of hardened steel armor. That's kind of impressive but a bit much for deer season.

Over year they've been single-handedly accumulating more than what's mined. That's sustainable right? right   Lips sealed

the following could give a little hint what happens when dumb money is chasing an illiquid "asset".

Quote
The firm's market data for Grayscale Bitcoin Cash (BCH) shows market price per share at $37.90, while BCH holdings per share remains at $3.19. That's a 1,188% premium over the price of the asset.

holy fuck. buying bch is in itself a case of intellectual bankruptcy. but buying it at a 1188% premium induces physical pain to seasoned WO readers.

but it gets better...

Quote
Grayscale's Litecoin Trust (LTC) is performing similarly, with market price per share at $500, while LTC holdings per share sits at $8.37. That's a 5,974% premium.

financial markets means trillions. always remember that the difference between a billion and a trillion is roughly a trillion. (same as the difference between a million and a billion is roughly a billion  Wink) bitcoin is very tiny/illiquid compared to those trillions. the trillion dollar fomo will arrive this or the next circle.

I guess it's pretty obvious for almost every hodler that PMs are doomed. Well, not really doomed doomed but doomed in comparison with BTC. Perhaps they will keep their value compared to fiat but will drop miserably vs BTC  Cool

The CEO of Standard Chartered bank has said "digital currencies" are inevitable and they will be announcing something related soon.. yay, another shitcoin to throw under the claws of the honey badger!

Quote
The widespread creation and rollout of digital currencies is “absolutely inevitable” as the international payments system rapidly evolves, according to the CEO of Standard Chartered.

Speaking at the Singapore FinTech Festival, Bill Winters said there is scope for both state-backed electronic currencies and private ones, too.

“I think there is absolutely a role for central bank digital currencies as well as non-central bank-sponsored digital currencies,” the finance chief said Monday.

Standard Chartered is set to announce further news “along these lines” in the coming days, he added.
