The Tokyo District Court and an examiner will review the draft rehabilitation plan and determine whether to proceed with the rehabilitation proceedings relevant to the draft rehabilitation plan. The Rehabilitation Trustee plans to explain the draft rehabilitation plan to the relevant parties in a timely and appropriate manner. [End of document] I realize that it's still a long time before any of those coins (~146,000) will be distributed to their righteous owners, but this is the furthest process we've made in 6 years. I guess the next step is Court Approval. |
