There is something about this area of discussion that seems a bit strange.. in the sense that I got rich as fuck with bitcoin in order that I can invest in some kind of mediocre product...

hahahahahha..

Sure, maybe diversify a small amount of your holdings, but there really does not seem to be any compelling reason to get too excited about those various other mediocre products.. in my thinkenings.

I agree with this sentiment.

Diversifying into "mediocre products" that eek out a 4-5% yearly return (if you're lucky) in a 8-10+%/year inflationary environment is not just wrong, it's silly. You'd still be losing ground year after year.

It's precisely the kind of investment strategy that Michael Saylor is talking about moving away from.

For others who have very little or none of the mediocre products, it's a way to make you look more normal, to blend in with the rest of society, to attract less attention to yourself as far as the government can tell.

You make it sound like we're spies working in a foreign country. Should I take on a fake wife as well to blend in?

Volume is still pretty low on stamp and finex for the amount of bullishness..

Much of the bullishness is institutional so it is OTC and doesn't show as volume on the retail exchanges.

What's fun is the OTC markets are draining the stock out of the exchanges, and the sellers are starting to drop away.  If a retail bull does start...

Lol.

Sorry, maybe that's just applicable to me maybe and not to everyone else? I do have a wife and kids (real), but sometimes I think I am a spy in a foreign country.

My point is, you don't want to stand out as the guy who has no bank account but has a lambo and large mansion and luxury yatch. Then they'll know for sure, this guy probably has bitcoins, let's see if he can survive a $5 wrench.

You guys here talk about OPSEC ... hiding in plain sight is one of those things, as completely disappearing can cause other problems, unless you are prepared to deal with those.

Me? I'm a model law abiding citizen, with a normal life similar to hundreds of millions of other people.

Seconded.
Anybody have some links to nice graphs (current supply per exchange, global supply for sale ...)?
I would appreciate it, thanks in advance.
I didn't find useful graphs yet, though two were linked or embedded in posts in the last few weeks here, but i couldn't find them.
