He is not targeting you pal. So don't take it seriously. He trolls the internet, so maybe wait for the next pomp. They say next one is at $60k so we will just wait and see like good elon musketeers.

it accelerates like a beast in less than 3 sec to 100km/h. if i push ludicrous mode it pulls so hard that my glasses are pushed over my head. no joke. i showed some friends, after two rounds we had to stop, sweating soaking wet. the acceleration is ... hard to describe. my 911 feels like a snail compared to it.
Which model/year 911, out of curiosity. I understand Teslas are good off the line vs most sports cars, but fail in the 1/4 mile. I can't imagine a Tesla is going to shock me more than Rick's modded 911 Turbo S AWD. unmodded model x is under 11sec. how is rick's 911 doing? model x is a family van... https://drivetribe.com/p/watch-this-tesla-model-s-runs-a-fsCwzZrwSKCeKVZpkjvxHg?iid=FIsm_osrR32DSDTszRNQPQYeah have fun to try and hold more than 200 km/h (which is here sometime possible on the highways in germany) ... Btw. the acceleration promise of the new tesla are a joke, because in the USA it's a roling start. Here in germany we messure from real 0. Than you need special tires to even get the acceleration... the 2.3 - 2.8 sec is propably the best you get with normal tires on a normal street. Let see if Tesla gets the quality issue handled. Maybe the new Audi eTron GT is good. I need a new car in 2 1/2 years ... We will see, if it's a Lamboghini Urus / Audi or a Tesla (I prefere the first one, but it's the one who costs the most of them) and you have fun with your diesel.

I have because I live in the only country, where I can actually drive a fast car (yet, our green politians will try to forbidd that!). What's the point of a fast car, when you only allowed to drive 90 miles per hour ... But to be honest, my car is "the last Diesel" of its kind with 900 Nm torque. Not so much horse power, like the RS-Models. But Audi build also nice electric cars which have currently a better quality then Tesla. So as I said, if it's not an Urus, then it's an Audi and maybe an electric car I know ... luxary problems... :/ ... At least our house gets a wallbox. To be sure, if we buy an electric car.

I like throat singing, actually there are some evidence it was practiced by the old Norse. Those 2-stringed instruments look nice. Must be easy to learn. And what's that thing the guy on the left is holding? A brush? With the proper tweaking, this could be the $100k party theme / prayer to Karhu.

Wow I just saw (damn work) that BTC rose to just under 40000€ !
Now my problem is that the difference between dollar and euro grows more and more with the price rising, it doesn't really but visually it does, at 50000$ we will be in the early 40000€ only.

About the poll, is it about Elon "supporting" BTC ? I wanted a Tesla before and still want one but it has nothing to do with that, it's just the electric car that does it for me, I like bleeding edge technology even when it has some drawbacks.
I'm not rich enough to buy one yet though, although the new leasing offer in France for a Model 3 is enticing, it went from 680€/month to 300€/month ! I'm pretty sure my company pays almost as much for my poor man's Renault Clio with a 900cc 3 cylinder engine !
I think Elon's motives in "supporting" BTC aren't necessarily pure so really I wouldn't take that into account, and I believe Tesla's valuation doesn't make sense. However as long as it's earning money (barely) and growing, it shouldn't affect a buyer of their cars. If it was on the brink of bankruptcy that would be another story.

Yes that sucks. It was nice when 1€ was $1.07 but the gap gets bigger and bigger. I currently live in Turkey but earn and have Euros. And the Turkish Lira gets stronger day by day. 1€ was 10.20 Lira in summer. Now it's down to 8.50 and probably will go down to 7.50 ish. While still everything gets more expensive here day by day. So I feel double fucked lol. On the side note, nothing feels better then a dopamine rush and euphoric feeling after seeing a new ATH. Everything feels better. Colors are more vibrant and the air fresher than ever

It might be bleeding edge for you but electric cars once dominated the car market. In over 100 years of trying each and every attempt ultimately failed. Battery technology goes back thousands of years, electric motor hundreds of years. https://youtu.be/OhnjMdzGusc?t=634Prior to model 3 AC motors where used, then obviously someone told them it is more efficient to use DC motor with DC power source, so it changed, and yes efficacy improved. Technicaly from model 3 onwards it no longer a Tesla, but a Edison. Tesla is all about alternating current (motor) Edison is DC.

I saw one live the other day. Nice Beast. (Sorry, no pics) I drive a WV too, but for fuck safe, my low time preferences prohibit me from switching from an appreciating assets, to a rapidly depreciating one!

Technicaly from model 3 onwards it no longer a Tesla, but a Edison. Tesla is all about alternating current (motor) Edison is DC. I'm French, I know a thing or two about electric cars, the "Jamais contente", the first car to reach 100Km/h, did so not far from where I'm living. At the time for city roundabouts electric was fine, but they didn't have significant range, and until the advent of the Lithium battery I don't think that anything could have changed that. As for Tesla's choice, I don't think it's simply a mistake that they went for AC motors, I'm sure there was a good reason at the time. Unlike Edison they're not staying stuck on previous choices, if something better comes along they go for it.
