Hmmm... lots of colleagues around here, it seems. There are a few more I know for sure, but they're keeping silence in this discussion. I will put drums on any song you like. Wanna hear a sample? Here... i was setting up a bunch of mics on this low end "too many toms" kit I have in the studio right now and wanted to hear a balance of the kit and also make sure all the toms were making it in OK which is why it's so masturbatory. https://www.sndup.net/53qmWhat a show off! Want a bit of criticism? All right, OK, I'll STFU. Trapping in a room with windows is useless. Better even out the reverb times with Helmholtz resonator panels, gives a natural, not too dead room sound. Ultimately, you build a floating room in the dimensions you want the low frequency resonances/standing waves to be wiped out. You'd need some more Bitcoins for that, though Do you have good experience with Helmholtz resonators? I wanted to have a taste, and I built a "bottle" (box, not panel), but I found the resonant freq can get amplified, especially in the case of a narrow-band Helmholtz box - that is, the ones without any absorption inside. According to my sources, a thin layer of absorption (rockwool etc) inside the box will "smear" the freq response of the device, which is usually desired. Not willing to invest too much in treatment with an uncertain bang-for-buck factor, or possibly even detrimental, I dropped the Helmholtz project. But if you have a good experience to report, or can point me to reliable sources, I'm totally willing to reconsider. As it is now, I'm fine with my extensive rockwool paneling, but a little more low and low-mid absorption, shorter RF times etc., can never hurt ;-) No more plastic drum machines ;-)
Yeah, all well and good, but now I gotta find a human to play em... because I sure as hell can't... find a songwriter too while you at it ... you sure as hell can't do that either Rude. And unfair.

Poor Terminator. He has come at a wrong time. Bitcoin ain't cheap anymore. He couldn't have brought any fiat with him since "nothing dead will go". Not sure where he's going to get the money to buy bitcoin but I'd buy a doge if you don't have one already. Doges will bark when terminators are nearby.

And I would guess Canadian because of the french spelling of "litres"
Aussies spell litre the same way as well UK as well. I think it's mainly the US that refuses to.

India is getting hammered by Covid-19. Situation over there is worse than the chaos what i saw in Brazil.
Absolute madness.
*nod* I'm kind of wondering what the fuck happened, could this be the result of that stupid religious holiday a month ago? If so then man, those Gods are *pissed* People not wearing masks, and the government allowing massive crowds to gather in the name of religion so they can get votes next election. All this combined with the fact that we're low on oxygen cylinders, and hospital beds are over capacity by a huge amount I have not met you... so I will try not to be an asshole right out of the gate. But I find it cognitively very challenging that you can type the bolded, and also have the words: "Be decentralized, be sovryn" in your profile. People dying from covid is certainly a difficult and challenging problem. But my limit for where I find it acceptable for a government to deny it's people to assemble is MUCH MUCH higher than yours seemingly. Millennial or younger?

is this canadian or australian, singaporan, or hong kong? Around here, we use gallons, but then liters, not litres. In TX, it is (in USD) $2.68/gal=$0.71/liter I know that it is pretty cheap comparing with EU. I think he was more so posting it because of the 69.69 That was the target those doge lovers were trying to hit for their ATH on doge day. Well it seems they should reschedule it for may 8th instead when their fearless leader will be making an appearance on a show televised live later on today in around 28-29 hours from now. WT actual F is going on with crypto? BTC and the number two (Vitalik's science experiment ) dumps while this coin hits it's ath at the same time. Here is a thread for you to show your frustration as I am in right now: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5336007.0How can it be "televised live later on today" and televised "in around 28-29 hours from now" And I would guess Canadian because of the french spelling of "litres" Very astute, Arriemoller. I can confirm this is what I am paying for gas. https://www.680news.com/toronto-gta-gas-prices/ If we weren't currently under a stay-at-home order, I would be able to easily find cheaper gas: https://www.gasbuddy.com/gasprices/ontario/toronto but while some of the regional police have said they are not going to stop and question people, I have heard individual stories to the contrary and the fine would outweigh the savings if I were to be stopped. Also, there is another police force, the OPP, which has jurisdiction in any areas that don't have a regional police force and they have not made the same promise to leave people alone.

c-lightning Opens First Dual-Funded Mainnet Lightning Channel!Well, they’ve done it, Charlie. c-lightning, the C-first Lightning implementation largely shepherded under Blockstream’s engineers, has successfully opened the first dual-funded Lightning channel on Bitcoin mainnet.
Normally, when a Lightning node opens a channel, only the node that initiates the channel open can add funds. This can create unbalanced channels, with the entire channel’s balance belonging to the node that opened the channel. A dual-funded channel is one that both nodes contribute funds to in the funding transaction that opens the channel. The resulting channel balance is split between both nodes.
Unlike standard channel opens, dual-funded channels can send payments in both directions immediately.
Dual-funded channels also reduce the cost of deploying capital into the Lightning Network — in a recent talk at Berkeley, Clara Shikhelman of Chaincode Labs reviewed the cost economics of Lightning channels. According to her cost model, dual-funded channels have an improved cost profile compared to single-side funded channels, reducing the total on-chain fee cost for deploying liquidity into Lightning channels.
Finally, with c-lightning’s multifundchannel command, nodes can open multiple Lightning channels at once. When other nodes also contribute, these opens approximate a CoinJoin. Multi-party transactions break some on-chain correlation capabilities. I love reading about these Bitcoin advances. Being on the side of wanting to be able to spend my bitcoin I get frustrated every runup when the fees become super high. I'm finally starting to use Lightning though not with my own node so I have to use a custodial wallet (I move around too much to set up my own server). If you haven't installed the "Moon" plugin for Chrome, I highly recommend it. It allows you to spend bitcoin at almost any online store with Lightning (or BTC through Coinbase). With multifunded channels I can see things happening like staking where people add funds to a multinode and they all benefit from a lot of people using it.

Everyone expecting Elon to pamp it on SNL tonight? I'm Expecting a big sell off next week though. But that's neither here or there, gogo BTC slow and steady towards new ATH. This whole DOGE insanity brings me into some moral dilemma, I ask myself if it is justifiable on moral grounds to sell DOGE at 1200 sats or higher to obviously mentally retarded biders. Even if the person buying from me with their precious corn explicitly stated that he wants to do so, it seems to me on par with selling sleeping pills to a person that just announced they want to OD themselves. On the other hand, I really like every single coin I have mined in the past 7 yrs and it's normally a hard decision to let go of them, but at 1200 sats (and higher) the separation pain became somewhat bearable. * psycodad goes back to dry shopping on privateislandsonline.com, thinking he might hire a DOGE investor as groundskeeper (they might need a second job soon).

Here is the reason of bitcoin pump to $59,000 https://www.google.com/amp/s/bitcoinmagazine.com/.amp/business/sec-chairman-shares-thoughts-on-bitcoinGary Gensler, the new head of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), told CNBC that he recognizes bitcoin as a “scarce store of value,” distinct from other “crypto tokens” which “are indeed securities.” But he also alluded to a perceived need for additional regulations around its investment and use.
Who has bought the dip when Bitcoin was dump below than $50,000? I got three pieces under 50k

So to all I will post here and I will post what I please.
deal with it.
but i do not say buy shit coins.
go back and read what I post.
No, but you do say shit like "Doge should not be on the shitcoin list" and "Doge is for the people and will be used for daily transactions, to buy coffees etc." No it fkn won't. Stop saying that shit. It's a worthless, joke meme, PnD shitcoin and that's all it will ever be. The masses will NEVER use it as a daily currency. Not in a gazillion years.
