Good morning, I saw this in the shop a couple of days ago together with other board gamed they are selling for Christmas.
As best I can tell it's a game of unclogging the toilet by using the plunger to get the turd out.
There is some info in some southern language, perhaps we have southern speakers here that can translate?

About the language, maybe it is portuguese or something... but it is similar to spanish so:
