Sometimes I think if becoming Legal Tenders in Countries was even the motive of Satoshi?
You being your own bank is what I always represent Bitcoin/Crypto with.

What are your thoughts?

Guys, can we get back to the actually proven science and math of bitcoin's failure and its confirmed dismal price future?

 There's hopium for you yet!

Better a green dildo hopium up his ass!  Grin

Why not change the color of the syringe, and what self-respecting llama is not going to take his correction injection in the behind?

No need to even appear to enter any orifice.

Saving and preserving money over time is hard, no matter who you are.
In today’s world: How do we save?
This is why I believe in #bitcoin

Well I did a quick google search to attempt to figure out how much money we are talking about..... and surely many of us in this thread could find ways to live decently off of a fraction of his around $77 million contract over the next 4 years, and Saquon is starting out by already having around $25 million of networth before entering into a contract to earn another $77 million over the next 4 years.

https://www.marca.com/en/lifestyle/celebrity-net-worth/2021/10/24/6175432722601d142a8b4575.html

I think that many of us could figure out how to pretty much live perpetually off of the $25 million that he already has... so even if we say that a total networth of $25million can generate more than $80k per month in passive income.  That's $25 million  * 4%  = $1 million per year and divide that by 12 = $83,333 per month.

So, I suppose the topic is not being raised for any kinds of questions regarding how to manage it, because it surely seems like surplus amounts, and of course it seems like it is going to hold its value way better if decent amounts of it are put into bitcoin... anywhere between 25% and 75% could be put into bitcoin, maybe he would life off of the rest?

Each person is going to consider those allocations differently including time preferences a regarding how much to spend now and likely other assets/consumption goods to purchase now versus deferred gratification.

I can see right through your little ploy Mr Gee!
Homer, why not make it green?  Oh! ...and what self respecting person wouldn't want their injection in the buttocks?  It's the biggest muscle in the body!  It's just a pin cushion for pushin'!
Then one day when I've put a little too much sparkling water in my regular water you're going to be like... "Hey homer, that syringe isn't very realistic-looking.  The tip is a little to small.  Maybe it should be a little more... I don't know... bulbous?"
All right.  I'll play your little game Mr. JJG as long as you realize I only have 120x80 pixels to play with before our little alpaca friend is no longer an avatar.

It seems the higher profile players are mentioning getting paid in bitcoin lately which is telling.

I am not sure if it matters too much about whether satoshi had described with specifics any of the step by step details of how bitcoin adoption would begin to eat into a large variety of social, financial and governmental interactions, because in the end, it seems pretty clear that satoshi contemplated the sound money aspect of bitcoin that involves the Gresham law dynamics in which much of all monetary value largely will end up flowing into one.. which of course is bitcoin and the soundest of the monies.. so the details along the way of how bitcoin gets there were presumed to be a part of that which would be the adoption of bitcoin by bigger and BIGger and BIGGER players.. that's how sound money works....

If satoshi is dead, he is not rolling in his grave regarding these man-made developments that you are trying to suggest to less than natural or some supposed kind of a shock..

In udder wurds, these kinds of nation/institutions/person adoption developments (building network effects) are all part and parcel of the process of eating all the less sound of monies of the world.. little by little, which are all of them.... ... and sure there are a lot of ways that value is being stored in assets, properties, commodities and other various kinds of storage mechanisms that are less efficient than bitcoin.... so in the end, to where is that excess value going to flow?  Do I need to ask?  The value should flow to the most efficient of the value storage mechanisms, which should largely be bitcoin, even if bitcoin does not end up absorbing all variations of value storage.

Ok... fair enough.

Looking good.. looking good..

I will not even venture to make any other kind of request, whether small or otherwise (at this time.. even though the angle could have been MOAR UPpity).

I will let some other member make some kind of request, if they were to dare to even venture in such direction.

Yes... the ongoing buying pressure makes a difference, including the multiple additions of newbie normies getting into DCA strategies.. but of course, the bigger celebrities are dealing with both larger amounts, and surely the word gets out when they make their announcements and their descriptions of both their motivations and the particular arrangement that they have made with their employer.  The examples are surely adding up... and surely those examples have their own contagion.. like you suggest.

Ant pumps are going for long and maybe now these ants have turned to big lizards so now stop CB please and give some boost out pumps to elephant's also Grin

Even if you want to make some tortoise moves then do it but make them in forward direction not around the circle of $41k-$43k.

C'mon have some btc food and spill out some pumps for us also Wink
