I understand Hueristic's hatred against born upper class members quite well, too, but i personally always consider prejudice in the back of my head - not yet being aware of, but becoming open to look for it- when it comes to such feelings.
Generally, prejudice is a rather old remains of our species' traditional usage of simplification, for the sake of more advantage in selective regards, to use our brains more efficiently.
But hey, Elisabeth wouldn't care less about that today, nor would she likely have done so when she was alive.

I try to look at respect as a balance thing. You can respect a person for some thing(s) and disrespect it in other regard(s) at the same time.
