Anyone into sports a bit ??
Yes I am a bit And anyone doing CrossFit?
I do squats after jogging. They are useful for lower portion targeting your glutes and quadriceps. They are good when done in standing rather then walking. Planks are also good if done properly. Keep your blood circulating. I love me some sports. Playing basketball or just tossing the football around. They’re pretty much the most fun thing you can do with your pants on. Planks aren’t my friend but I do run stairs and do pull ups along with the usual bench press and curls. While I’ve never mastered eating right, I figure I should at least exercise to try and make sure I’m around to see Bitcoin hit $100K.

I'm doing my mental workout with a beer in hand. I live in a house that's basically in the forest, so there's no time for the workout you city boys do because you work out without even thinking about it. Fun story of the day: Warren sent letters to bitcoin organizations saying that they're spending money to undermine her efforts in stopping the financing of Hamas. Poor woman, she's losing it. if you dont make it can i have your corn? Here you go. Don't thank me.

sometimes i think its possible that all of a sudden a massive inflow of money comes rushing into the market and price absolutely Explodes to 500,000 in a matter of seconds, and at that moment everyone KNOWS its over for the USD (and all other fiats) and time is extreamly limited.

Of all those meetings that I read about, I don't like the fact that SEC keeps pressuring them to do share creation/redemption "in cash" instead of 'in kind", with the latter being much superior with no (or minimal) tax implications for the fund. "In cash" would mean that a fund would have to constantly pay cap gains and, of course, unload these costs on investors. In fact, funds with "in cash" option are not even really viable for the non-retirement/taxable accounts.

Once we will be at $100K-1mil/btc, many peeps might be interested in longevity. It is somewhat sad that it might not happen for those over 60 (not enough time, probably, but not necessarily), but 50ies and below should have benefit from something like this: https://www.bloomberg.com/news/features/2023-12-19/longevity-startup-retro-biosciences-is-sam-altman-s-shot-at-life-extensionThe critical point is this: We already know HOW to rejuvenate cells, so the problem is of engineering the process with the most benefit and least side effects (which could be significant). Temporarily "pulsing" Yamanaka factors (basically four transcription factors) in mice in an optimal fashion resulted in 30% lifespan increase. Achieving similar results in humans would mean 80 yr--->104 yr average lifetime expansion. At least half a dozen of well to very well financed companies are in pursuit. I'll give it 20 years, at most, for a solution.

if you dont make it can i have your corn? Here you go. Don't thank me. That reminds me of our old pal Blind Mayor Bitcorn (alias Rosewater Foundation). He was flying high at one point. I had to talk him out of selling his entire stash to buy an overpriced downtown condo with a crippling mortgage and "maintenance" fees. I think that was in 2017. Within a few months he lost his job as an employee. He hadn't prepared himself to live as a non-employee. He was forced to sell his corn to survive. The condo would have bankrupted him. Then he came down with celiac disease and that really messed him up. Eventually his stash ran out and he was forced to move out of Toronto. Like any big city, it's expensive here. I haven't heard from him since. That's probably about the time he stopped posting here on Bitcointalk. Pity. He was a fun guy who liked his beer.

I have. One of my neighbors is 84 and he told me he plans to live to 100-110. He lived an active life, does yoga every day, reads books about life extension, keeps his mind active. But then again some people are just luckier than others, and I don't even believe in free will.
