By January 1, 2026 hopefully Poillievre will have killed the capital gains tax increase and maybe even lowered the rate. Perhaps if we're really lucky he'll stop taxing gains on currency exchange. Bitcoin is money, not a commodity like real estate or pork bellies. |

Precisely. I was wondering why Democratic Party supporters would appeal to their enemy. Then again Trump seems to love scumbags. The only reason he pardoned Ross Ulbricht was because he had made it an important election campaign promise. Even then he didn't do it immediately. He just did it to save face. Edit: typo |
