What a week that was!
History in the making,
Right before our eyes!

ATH achieved!
Jay was wrong and I was right,
But we're all winners!

Chopper flying high,
Kissing nocoiners goodbye.
Gravity's a bitch!

Your exchange got hacked?
Don't cry about your lost coins.
They were never yours!

Bitstamp goes MiCA.
The EU has lost the plot.
Use Kraken for now.

Bitcoin Pizza Day.
Ten thousand Bitcoin for two.
Vice versa today!

Yes, dreams do come true.
A genie in a bottle.
The keys to your coins!

Wow, it was indeed a long and interesting week for BTC, Seeing it hit a new all time high honestly made me chills. its wild how far it has come from those early days when people thought it was just a joke. And Texas setting up a Bitcoin reserve? That is huge, Bitcoin has  become part of the real world money and not just some online thing.
And also the big ETF inflows show that the big investors are finally all in, which makes me feel like this thing is really gaining unstoppable momentum. And Bitcoin Pizza Day always makes me smile 10,000 BTC for two pizzas back then, now worth billions. It’s crazy lol..

From my perspective, for anyone who had reached an overaccumulation status, then such person would just sell from the overaccumulated portion of their holdings and not necessarily sell any bitcoin with any expectation to buy back cheaper.
Hell yeah you damn right.
For Investors who have managed to reach a fuck you status, selling off their Bitcoin can be a strategic decision that may not really have to involve buying back the bitcoin at a more lesser price. In this situation, they've got more than enough Bitcoin to take care of all their present and future financial needs, so there's absolutely no point buying back since they're actually selling from their abundance.

When investors finally decide to sell from the overaccumulated portion of their Bitcoin holdings, what they're doing is like harvesting some of the profits they've worked so hard to accumulate and compound over the years, and by using this strategic approach, they can be allowed to enjoy the fruits of their investment without actually compromising their overall financial security, which is often the reason why some folks would feel the need to buy back some more bitcoin after selling off some.

Selling Bitcoin shouldn't really be about speculating what the future price movement might look like or timing the market you know, but it should rather be about tapping into their existing overflow of wealth to fund their lifestyle, other forms of investments or even their philanthropic endeavours (if any). And through this, they'll be able to enjoy the benefits of their Bitcoin holdings without without compromising the solidity of their Bitcoin Portfolio but instead, are still able to maintain a stable financial foundation.

If you have 200 coins at 100 each or 20,000 invested they are now worth 200x108,000= 21,600,000

There would be no need to sell off all it.

Selling off all your BTC at this point in time makes close to zero sense.

Selling off some may make sense.

You're absolutely correct, but it all still depends on your reason for selling.

At this stage of accumulation, it still makes zero sense if your purpose for selling off some of your Bitcoin is to take advantage of a potential DIP because at this point, I believe the investor may have already reach a fuck you status or a state of overaccumulation and there'll be no more reason to accumulate further.

Well except your purpose for selling (some of your holdings) is to diversify your portfolio, at least that sounds more rational, because you'll be able to capitalize on the significant gains while you're also still able to maintain some sort of exposure to the asset.

I’m happy to announce that the core team has invited John Woeltz (@joltz / @j01tz) to join the team, and he has accepted.

John has been making worthwhile contributions to the project since well before launch, having set up our first security audit. He has since continued to improve protocol security, most recently as the leader of the newly formed Security team. Throughout his contributions, he has been a patient communicator, balanced and measured in his writings and interactions with other contributors. John is consistently constructive, responsible, authentic. He’s a force of positive change.

This is the first time a member is added since the departure of Ignotus. Where does it end? What’s the role of the core team? Should all the dedicated people of the project be added? What does the current governance structure mean for centralization, and what are the alternatives? We’re thinking about these questions, and we don’t have good answers yet.

But we do look forward to figuring out how we can improve further, together with John’s help.

Pakistan allocates 2,000MW capacity to power bitcoin mining
(May 25): Pakistan has allocated 2,000 megawatts (MW) of electricity in the first phase of a national push to support bitcoin mining and artificial intelligence (AI) data centres, as the country moves to legalise cryptocurrency and attract foreign investments.

https://newswav.com/A2505_0VQgsf?s=A_TxUgCaO&language=en

Isn’t this move a bit too late? Still, it could be a positive step if executed properly.
However, the bigger concern here is the IMF. I doubt the IMF would support any initiative involving Bitcoin. After all, Bitcoin fundamentally challenges institutions like the IMF and the World Bank, and the policies they enforce.

So while it sounds ambitious, I don’t expect much to come out of it…. unless Pakistan gets rid of IMF with a major shift in policy or strategy.

This is an interesting video contrasting different DCA  strategies (including lump sum) on how to get to 1btc from zero:
