A mortgage? Man, I don't know. I think it is the worst way you can lock yourself into a life-time of debt, and for what? A house and a car? I have bigger plan. I want to live in 5 star hotels around the world drinking grappa barricata all day long. Or die trying. not having a mortgage at these interest rates, is kinda crazy!? Seriously! I'm sitting on a 30-year fixed at 3.25%. I like to just throw that out at dinner parties. If I had serious money to blow I'd be scooping up properties left and right. 30-year fixed at 3.25% !!! O_o you must mean, 30-year term, 5 year fixed at 3.25% thats pretty much what i got, but i'm fixed 5 year at 4.2%, its still good! No, I mean 30-year fixed at 3.25%. Believe me, I was ecstatic.

Hey @adamstgBit, i notice that you have BTC.sx in your signature... I have a question if it is not too much disturb.
Are they trading on an exchange (or more), and if so which one(s)?
And if not, doesn't this make them a 'bucket shop', with all the inherent vulnerabilities?
They trade on bitstamp. The owner of the site just sets his own interest rates for using his capital. It's not a bucket shop because sometimes you aren't able to trade due to system limitations, meaning he has no more cash at the exchange to go long or coins on the exchange to short.

If only they had an easy ETF to trade in. Guess that'll take another 'two weeks'.

I wonder how long until the Margin Hunter goes after the 7000 bitcoin shorts on BFX. Not to mentions what might be on the other leverage exchanges.

I'll take more at 440. Although unlikely.
