Here's the processed data for the HUC snapshot (based on rounding down to full HUCs and then giving 0.23338 CHI per full HUC).
It also includes the HUC and CHI addresses, so people can find their HUC address and look up which CHI address we'll send the coins to.

Poloniex are aware, but we still need to send the coins to the CHI addresses - we will then provide instructions on how to copy your private key to XAYA (and for it to be compatible).

I did not venture to invest in an early sale, as the market was in poor condition. Instead, I took part in a bounty campaign.

Same problem here- I invested in presale- the investment was just an insurance against a bullrun that might have happened after the exchange listing. I'm still convinced, that this coin will go through the roof- maybe soon or in 2 or 3 years. This is still one of the best ICOs that you can find currently- which means, most of the other "ICOs" are much worse than this one.
Here, at least, you can see that the team is working on the project and you get a proper answer when you have a question. So success is only a matter of time here, I think.

It ended up at nearly $300 million.

Doesn't the team already have contacts within Poloniex, considering they handled the HunterCoin balance indications/swap for the CHI campaign? I hope this makes it easier for them to start listing there. But further discussions with them from other sources always is a good thing of course.

Not sure, what you don't understand, but I guess you are asking for payment of Growth Engine on xaya.io. First distribution of those rewards is aimed to be this week.
