Well, looking for currently price and it is traded about 3USD, Bancor token is now so undervaluated crypto. I do not know who is selling for this price, I see how Bancor grows, but price is dropping. Hate bear market.

The biggest cause for Bancor's drop in price is ETH's recent loss of value. Until today BNT didn't succeed yet to acquire a totally independent price versus ETH. The market is still taking into account a strong link between these two assets.

Thanks fro sharing this article surely it will attract so many new investors to read and know the approach of dev team. This project has very talented persons behind this and that is the big reason for me to keep this on hold for long term. I believe soon it will become more valuable.

I don't think BNT could be considered security, because you won't get any income solely by holding this tokens. I'm pretty sure it qualifies as utility, but you can't be 100% sure what SEC can come up with...

Got you. I was just coming up with that idea because someone mentioned a passive income stream. And that is a major characteristic of a security and the SEC will do everything in their power to qualify as many tokens as a security as possible.

By the way, in the future on bancor it will be possible to receive the passive income. Read the Whitepaper. But this is like renting a token.

That is what I was also referring to. The problem is that it doesn't really matter that much how you call that "process". Whether it is "utility" or "renting a token" or whatever, the authorities will most likely tend towards qualifying it as a security and you need very strong arguments against their case.

That's an interesting news! When exactly did it happen? How di you find out it was happening (and failing?) Details would be much appreciated.
