Yes, there are:

1. I decided to do the 20 Chip version.
It means more work for me though, have to redo parts of the design.

2. Since i am are facing much higher interest then anticipated i am reconsidering putting up
an order-website to streamline the process for both customer and me.

Burnin: When you have a design ready to go, let me know if you need some help fronting the cost for the boards to be made. I don't mind helping you out with the overhead as I know its a daunting task trying to get funds up front. I have 700 asic chips ordered so you'll have my business

You really should read his posts 

The amount havn't been decided yet as the specs aren't published yet.
He will post a final price and open for orders soon enough.

I've ordered olny 10 from zefir based on this thread..

I guess there are more people like my wanting only 1 board with 10 chips because there are many single orders for 10 chips in zefir's batches.

Read the first post.  Ordering is not open yet.  Buy your chips from zefir or wherever.  If you buy from one of the group purchasers that will direct ship to Burnin then you'll need to be able to sign a message with the bitcoin address used to pay.

I was also thinking about ordering 30 chips. The question is if it means both 10 chip and 20 chip version will be made or only 20 chip.

Edit:: I ordered 30 chips (ZephramC; 30; 2.58; 1ZePhramiDqjYJzqiyUFaY5qhz5k4unRC). I have in mind one double density board and the remaining 10 for normal density (if it is avaiable) or (if it is not) just for re-shipnig with DDboard as raw chips.
