As a heads up: the chain is currently stuck at block 28000. We're looking at the best way to get things moving again. By the looks of it it is a minor issue. Will post an update here when we've decided on the fix.
What the reason of stucking? And how it will affect on start Cryptopia treading?

Just give it a karate chop and a good kick...that should sort it out....
...or maybe try turning it off then turning back on again....

The roundhouse kick seems to have solved the issue. By the looks of it the first block with normal rewards proved very difficult to solve. It was solved eventually however so everything seems to be chugging along happily again.

Awesome. I was starting to worry that stucking would affect treading on Cryptopia....

I think this is the result of moral support, hard work of the team. Like you, I like this project and I see its work in the future. I think this dream is a good sign. And soon, the HELIUM will fill the space with itself.

Mandatory update

The latest version is already coded, built and available here: https://github.com/heliumchain/helium/releases
I recommend that you update as soon as possible because all the forks will die with the new version.

I have created this guide for when someone is in a chain different from the main one, but for this case it's better that, after updating your wallet, you do step 7 directly:
https://www.heliumlabs.org/docs/how-to-check-if-my-wallet-is-in-the-correct-chain

If you have any problem, please tell us in #support (at Slack)

To update the nodes quickly follow this guide: https://www.heliumlabs.org/v1.0/docs/masternodewallet-update-guide

We are already waiting for them to configure the wallets and open the markets.
They will let us know in advance and when they can tell us they will also publish it on their Twitter: https://twitter.com/Cryptopia_NZ

Thanks, I have updated and now earning some 2.5 hlm stakes! I am very interested to see if masternode are more profitable than regular staking, I think eventually the number of masternode should adjust to make them about the same ROI, or pretty close, 1000 is a small lockup, so people can easily move between MN and staking to chase returns.

updated to 15.2 after some flailing around with Avast.
From my experience anti-virus almost always flags crypto wallets in general.
This version in particular it kept nuking the qt . Had to set exclusion and now all set.
Always a little nerve wracking overriding anti virus that tells you it's a potential threat.
Hopefully my pc wont be zombified  come tomorrow....

Almost every crypto wallet nets a false positive with virus scanners. As a rule of thumb: when you're on Windows 10 you don't need an additional virus scanner since Windows Defender kind of takes care of most. And if you have a decent ad blocker in your browser you're not going to pick up anything nasty in the first place anyways. Add uBlock origin and Disconnect to your browser and there are no bad links to click even if you wanted to.

For really fishy stuff you can always first check the file with an aggregated antivirus engine such as virustotal.com, with the added benefit that you don't have to actually download and install the files first.

Looks like the 64bit Windows wallet is clean Smiley

Thanx for that teela.Yeah, I think I’ll ditch Avast now I’m on Win 10. No more nagging pop ups to buy Avast full version.
