We are improving technical details. Thank you for your report. Clarification:
The 10% of CREA of the Team will be divided in 2 phases with 4 months of interval. (Not released all day May 1)
Only 5% of the 12% for bounties has been spent.
People are working in exchange for CREA, we very much doubt that they intend to sell below the starting price.
