 We will be processing the swaps in batches on a FIFO (First in First Out) basis.  We will process numerous batches throughout the day.

What happens with the outstanding Twitter/Nexchange bounty payout? Since we already gave an address which is linked to the old wallet, shouldn't this payment be completed before trying to switch over to a new wallet?

In all honesty yes.  I don't have as much control as I would like over the release time of these escrow funds, but too much has gotten in the way of the release of masternodes and the swap that I am not in a position to put it off any further.

 I will send out the bounties in the next hour or two once they confirm.

 From there you can proceed to swap your funds.  Thanks for understanding.

I also wanted to include that the swap is currently going on and will last for 30 Days.

 IF your coins are currently held on coinexchange.io no further action is required by you.  (Please do not send any more coins to coinexchange at this time as the wallet is in maintenance mode)

 The wonderful people over there will be doing the swap on their whole wallet with us, so once the new wallet is online.  Users there should find a 1:1 balance of new tokens available.

Is there a way to get the coins I sent back or are they gone because they were sent to wrong wallet. I did a test so wasn't too much coins. So what is the correct process to swap these coins. I only have a mac so i still rely on the online wallet. Thank you.

 The wallet cryptopia is on a different chain then our new wallet.

 The coins need to be sent to a web wallet address at https://walletv1.renoscoin.com first.

 You can use the same account details you used to create your account to login to https://wallet.renoscoin.com


 When your coins have been swapped, you will find the exact same balance in this wallet of the new tokens.

 Once you have a balance in the account @ https://wallet.renoscoin.com.   Those tokens can be successfully withdrawn to the NEW wallet.


 Hope that makes more sense!

Good news to be heard, and maybe for that I have not received the bounty twitter, maybe I use the address that comes from coinexchange and I see the wallet for Renos is in the process of maintenance. And I hope it is done soon.

Ok so basically transfer all my Renos coin on the walletv1 and leave them there. You guys will do the automatic swap once they are in that wallet v1. The coins will be frozen during swapping process and balance will show 0 while swap is going on. When we see the new balance we can then transfer all those coins to the new wallet. Is this correct? Thank you for all your help. Just want to be sure as I see a lot of potential in this project and want to make sure I don't loose all my coins.

i have withdraw my RNS from cryptopia to https://walletv1.renoscoin.com/ and i can see my RNS show up there
waiting the swap process and if done i need to send it to new windows wallet right?

Thanks for RenosCoin that already distributed the bounty. But my payout was on coinexchange wallet and Coinexchange RNS wallet is on maintenance, what do you think i should do ? Is it stuck forever on the wallet ? Anyone can help me ? I already write a support though.

Coinexchange is preparing coin swap. It will back online when the swap is complete.
