Well, very good explanation. but I didn't see the new wallet link so far ?
The wallet link was posted in my first post regarding the swap. Links are also available off our website and from the ANN on Page 1. I mean PC wallet client not a Renos web-wallet! |

Thanks for RenosCoin that already distributed the bounty. But my payout was on coinexchange wallet and Coinexchange RNS wallet is on maintenance, what do you think i should do ? Is it stuck forever on the wallet ? Anyone can help me ? I already write a support though.
Nope , If you have contacted them, you'll see your renos on your balance asap. Coinexchange is preparing coin swap. It will back online when the swap is complete. Yes, i already contact the support and they already reply to my tickets and solve the problem. I already receive my renos coin on my balance. My next question is, is coinexchange can swap our renos coin too on our balance since our coins are at them ? Thank you for the reply. |

Hi Everyone new to these coinswap so not really sure how they work. I have my coins on Cryptopia, send some to new wallet and they did not arrive. was i suppose to send to old wallet first? Is there a way to get the coins I sent back or are they gone because they were sent to wrong wallet. I did a test so wasn't too much coins. So what is the correct process to swap these coins. I only have a mac so i still rely on the online wallet. Thank you.
Hey nspire, The wallet cryptopia is on a different chain then our new wallet. The coins need to be sent to a web wallet address at https://walletv1.renoscoin.com first. You can use the same account details you used to create your account to login to https://wallet.renoscoin.com When your coins have been swapped, you will find the exact same balance in this wallet of the new tokens. Once you have a balance in the account @ https://wallet.renoscoin.com. Those tokens can be successfully withdrawn to the NEW wallet. Hope that makes more sense! Ok so basically transfer all my Renos coin on the walletv1 and leave them there. You guys will do the automatic swap once they are in that wallet v1. The coins will be frozen during swapping process and balance will show 0 while swap is going on. When we see the new balance we can then transfer all those coins to the new wallet. Is this correct? Thank you for all your help. Just want to be sure as I see a lot of potential in this project and want to make sure I don't loose all my coins. OK, I put all the coins in the URL https://walletv1.renoscoin.com/ but I can't move them. So where will they show up now as new coins? I'm not clear on that step? If I move my RNS to walletv1.renoscoin.com, how long have I seen them on my new wallet.renoscoin.com?
I'm doing tests, I've sent them on old v1, but I don't see them on the new webwallet...
Same here, I'm now woried I did something wrong? They swap the coins in the order they came in, so the first person who sent coins to the wallet got the swap first and so on. I sent my coins about three days ago and got the swap yesterday. So you should probably wait a day or so. And to answer your question: No, you should not be worried for now, things like these can take time. |

Hi Dev, The web wallet is strange. I created an account and sent my tokens there. After enabling the 2FA, i logged out and tried to log back in and the 2FA won't work. I can't log back into the wallet.The QR code i scanned into is not correct. Any suggestions?  |
