It is very difficult to predict happen, i heard that Ethereum will switch to Proof-of-Stake do not know when exactly the release date. By switching to PoS mode we do not know what will happen to the ETH price, the price will likely drop.

It's important for us to stay calm when we invest in long term ETH because ETH is sure to reach $ 1000 soon in the next few years and this will happen in the future. I think ETH is still not able to compete BTC because BTC is more interested.

I believe this coin will be trading at $1000 and more over the next couple of years.
It is hard to predict when Etherium will break $1000 in its price. There is up and down movements as of now. But yours is a possible prediction. In a couple of years of more, I am sure $1000 is already reached by ETH. That is already more than 24 months. That's pretty long already for ETH to do the run. |

It most likely will, when tho - we can't know. Would be cool to see it there tho.
Come back to real world. Eth is never ever going to touch this figure; this coin does not have potential of jumping high to 1k dollars. Four figure digits are not created for eth; it is only the potential of bitcoins that it easily touches such numbers. I am not in favor of expecting this much from eth. |

For today, I think Ethereum could not break $1000 because as we can see ETH's price is decreasing so I don't think that it will reach $1000 but as time goes by it may increase its value again but I can't say that it will reach $1000 so we should not expect that much. We should wait until its value rise beyond our expectations.

Well Ethereum is a special coin with some nice uniqe uses but 1k is a hard milestone for it to achieve. I don't see this happening anytime soon. Because it's not designed to have that much value in my opinion. Although it's hard to predict what will happen in crypto world especially for 3-4 years time span.

In my opinion, i think there is a possibility that it can reach that high but low chances. We all know that the price of a coin is varying , it means that it has a chance to increase or decrease depends on the market cap. I think if the ethereum is the most demand it will increase its value and maybe it can reach $1000 someday, there is always a possibility and its unpredictable. |

I think that is has a high chance that it will break 1000 dollars. Blockchain added eth next to btc. So more people will know about it and will invest in it.
ETH has the potential to hit even 2000 dollars in my opinion. Just like when Btc started it was like eth.

If your someday has no particular limit or time frame, then yes, it will reach the $1000 value. But if you say that ETH will reach $1000 within 2017, that is something I seriously doubt. But I hope there will be a round of bullish run for altcoins before December so that we will end this year with a beautiful chart.  I think the markets are not going to move much upwards for the rest of the year, there does not seem to be a reason for that to happen and I think something similar is going to happen next year, the growth has been so immense in this year that I think that even if we still want more we need to take a break and let the market be more or less stable for some time before the next bull market can begin. |

Ethereum will certainly reach new highs as there are various projects being over on Ethereum. Ethereum in 5 years will become equivalent to 0.6 BTC or more (My guess). |
