I have just downloaded the last version of Honey Wallet, I have a backup (done with Honey Wallet interface) and backup of %appdata% Honey folder but I can't recover my backup of wallet.dat into the new wallet, I mean:

I downloaded everything and let the wallet create a new honey folder updating all the database, and later I try to overwrite the new wallet.dat with the old wallet.dat (with all my honeys).
When I start with the new honey-qt : the wallet.dat is corrupted, Recover failed. But If i start with the old honey-qt, my backup works but I have desynchronize the chain and doesn't appear my last transactions.

Please I need help and sorry for my bad english, I did my best

I have just do it but the honeys that I received after 05/10/2017 doesn't appear... I had 20-33 mined honeys between 5/10/2017 and 15/10/2017 . I don't know if it could be an incorrect chain because if i reload one of my backup with the first windows wallet and the honeys appears on there.

StepsToSetUp:
1.On old version your need to get your privet key of all addressees so then you can import them to new wallet. What I did to resolve the problem is that in version 1.4, I used this
   command: dumpprivkey <honeyaddress> for every honeyadress I had and save them you will need them for step 7.
2.Download-https://github.com/cryptofun/honey/releases/download/2.1.2.0/honey-win.zip
3.Download-https://media.cryptoinfo.net/media/honey-chain-723
4.Run program then close.
5.Uzip honey-chain-723 and place the contents in your roaming honey file
6.Let wallet sync.
7.In version 2.0 using a new wallet.dat I imported all privet keys using this command: importprivkey <honeyprivkey> [label] [rescan=true]
8.Make a new backup of your new wallet.dat and your set.

Thanks dev for the new wallet release as I now have the honey wallet up and running again. Is there any word from the 2 exchanges on when they will have their wallets up and running again? I'm still waiting on my missing withdrawal from Nova and have some honey sitting on coinexchange waiting to withdraw into my wallet so I can start staking them. Thanks dev!

as the password to use your hash for only HONEY. This will support the network.

That is not true and these switching pools are to blame for the instability IMO. There is not enough dedicated hashrate. And these two pools point their blake2s hashes at honey when the diff is low, pump up the diff, then it stops being profitable, they start mining others (neva, verge, taj, netko...) making the honey chain stall.

the c=honey only means you will get payed in honey, it does not mean your hashes will go towards the honey chain.

Since I learned this I stopped mining Nevacoin at yiimp and zpool, only use dedicated pools or solo if you want to support the network.

Honey needs a dedicated pool.

Okay dev, thanks. So there is no exact time frame on when the wallet will be fixed then? Hopefully once all this is done Honey can start to shine again as it is one of my favourite coins which I really want to start promoting but am waiting for the wallets to be fixed. So far the wallet is working well and staking which I'm happy to see.
