i very happy now i see the dev come here and post update about where honey is going.
i think this partnership with collectibles is good thing for honey because it will the dev a lot.
i think the new wallet will come at the right time with more people joining honey, alot of new people join now.

The download progress reaches the "18 week" and then nothing happens. Network traffic is zero. Several coins have already been sent to the wallet. Help to solve this problem. Advance thanks. |

This worked for me. Stopped and closed the Honey wallet. Downloaded blockchain and replaced the files in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Honey - with the files in the download. I reopened the wallet and it started syncing within a few minutes and finished a couple hours later. Good luck!

I'm glad that helped you, but where did you download blockchain from? I've downlodad blockchain from the article mentioned couple of pages above. But the only difference is that now it is stuck on block 211878 14weeks ago. Dev just say - coin is dead or is it too hard to change ann and post latest wallet (I see 2.1.2 peers, while I see only 2.0.1.1 version in ann) and latest blockchain that WORK 100%? |

Hello everyone, I've finally managed to get the wallet working. In order to complete the sync, you have to use the newest version (2.1.2.0) from Github ( https://github.com/cryptofun/honey/releases - Win or quite easy compile for Linux - tried both) and download the mentioned blockchain archive couple of pages before (it stops on block 2 without the download). It took about an hour to complete sync and now it works. You have to use the newest version, otherwise the sync will fail on ORPHAN BLOCK. TL;DR: In order to save everyone time, here is an up-to-date blockchain archive from 2018-02-28: https://ulozto.net/!BZVVWRxGqrhs/honey-blockchain-20180228-zip Just download it, put it to your Honey data folder (back up your wallet file!) & run the app. |
