I have a question about forks and wallet.
If I have turned on wallet all the time and it is not doing POS, POW or even not hosting MN or not it is not cold wallet for MN.
If I use it only for sending and receiving coins.
Can that wallet go to fork chain?

No. You are perfectly safe to use your wallet without worrying about fork. you only have to make sure you send your coins to the correctly and fully copied address that is in a mined block on the longest. This is something you cannot influence. So you can use your wallet freely and safely without hesitation |

Will the 170k from the old chain be burned after today?
Of course coins will be burnt after today. But the coins that will be burnt is not the 170k from the old chain as you are asking. It is the remainder of the premine from the new chain which will be burnt because they werent swaped for. |

Congrats to Solaris on the successful algorithm change and coin swap that has now finished. I think the next few months (and beyond hopefully) will be good times for Solaris.

I thought I still had Dec 06 to swap? If not, pretty bad wording. Might've been nice to say 'You must swap BEFORE Dec 06', instead of 'UNTIL Dec 06'. I definitely take most of the responsibility for not swapping them earlier, but still. So I've got a bunch of worthless Solaris now?  |

Because XLR on Coinsmarkets still isn't active
Split was only 1 time, that shitty coinsmarkets just can't resync wallet from zero. It's the reason don't trade there anymore with their awful interface and such disrespect to our XLR coin XLR Possible block chain issue , we are working on it , please test before deposit/witthdraw Time : 2017-11-27 There are multiple fork on this coin chain , we are waiting for dev reply. I lost 185 coins, support is silent, shit. I thought I read somewhere that it will be resolved soon also have 200+ coins so patiently waiting |

Solaris will be growing nicely and hopefully soon it will grow even bigger with more people buying and locking in a masternode which will make less Solaris on exchanges and in turn make the price go even higher. Now with the faucet you can earn XLR easily, really good job.

It is just my personal prediction and expectation, Solaris will experience strong movements in the next few weeks, particularly in terms of its price. After the release of ZeroSolaris, the coin will be upgraded with new excellent feature. It might be good for the project in general. Good luck with the project, dev, and, of course, thanks for all your works till now. I totally agree with you, now we will start to see the true value of Solaris start to show. The old NIST5 mining is over which will cut the daily supply by 50% and with around 50% locked into masternodes already, Solaris might be very hard to come by in the next few weeks. This will most likely impact on the price in a big way so all of us loyal long term supporters be ready for it when it does. 2018 is looking to be a great year for Solaris and this is just the start of it all. |
