OMG was there a swap? why was not announced? my Solaris were at Cryptopia  Huh

I read here and in other places that many people like me have missed the swap.
Is it possible to make it available again?

It is clear that people can't give full attention to all the coins in their portfolio,
otherwise we'll need to read huge amount of posts 24/7. This swap was too short imo.

3 months swap is short???  LOL  Cheesy

Is short, I was 2 rounded months without Internet, it could has been more.

Right now, Solaris has its master node and new algorithm, I am thinking what's the proper time to buy this coin and setup a masternode. Now its almost impossible, the price is already takeoff.

Imagine if you lose your deposit in Bank on same way
When you have deposit in Bank, you are not caring about what is happening and you are not checking each month if they are changing something.
So reading forum for 236 pages is not feasible considering that you have many different coins

When you pay money or investing, there are obligations from developer's side
When I was investing in Solaris, there was nowhere mentioned that you should check this forum each month or week. I invested and I don't care after.

With same success developer can do the same for shortest time, and less users will be able to stay on market
If Crypto currency wants to be successful they should have some workarounds for such cases.

I know someone in the same boat. Around $140k gone for him lost Sad
Why lost?

He missed the swap. Not everyone takes bct  Cry

Price is already insane, but so is how low the coin supply is right now

Agree with you there. I was lucky that mine were on Cryptopia so I saw it was being delisted then found out about the swap. Also tweeted it a few times to prompt others.

Even though I'm here and there on bitcointalk I never checked this thread, and consistently checking the thread for my 90+ positions is literally impossible! But at the same time, how else is best to notify people?

Only thing I can think of is CoinMarketCal.com - set alert per coin for events added, which should include things like coin swaps.

By the way, if anyone is in the oldschool Carbon or HTML5 coins then there are currently swaps happening FYI!!!

What's going on? Why Solaris price falls down? Is it because of exchanges issues or anything else?
$39,14 USD (-14.59%)
0.00260856 BTC (-14.39%)

Because before that there was an artificial pamp. More than x30 for 2 weeks it's not normal, it's not natural growth. And now those who invest money in to this pump will sale his coins.
Only 4 btc on buy orders. If now 4-5 owners of masternodes want to sell their coins, then there will be a catastrophe

It's not correction - it's dump to start cost 10-14K sats

Solaris is a great coin, but not enough to cost even 50K sats.

Well, if it drops a little lower, I'm for sure buying another 1000 for the second masternode.

You can say what you want, but my MN was one of my best investments so far Smiley

You can say the same with the sell orders. Most of them are way higher than current price.
If there are only 4btc on buy orders it's not much of a pump and dump is it lol.

Solaris is my best investment too. I very like this coin. I had two MN and i make great profit with him.
But now time when "sun goes down" and all must thinking about fixing profit.
Of course this is just my opinion and everyone does what he wants.

Not too many MN will liquidate. Not all books have orders all at once. And the smart ones don't just dump 1000 XLR in the market in one click. They put limit orders in ladders, or sell 10 or 50 per hour over a day ...

Nothing to worry about.

WTF?

I am sure there are many users with same issue
Are such kind of balances lost forever?

"Write a letter to the FBI with a request to close the site http://www.solariscoin.com/ and for fraud of the developer of this coin."
Technically, to undertake a further exchange is very simple. Maybe the price drops because the FBI already strangling the developer of the coin )))

Seriously you need to give this up. If I was in the FBI and received your complaint I would fall off my seat laughing. Even if they would entertain it for a second they would look at the evidence and then laugh that you are complaining.

Reading the post in the initial page, if these confirmations do not vary "instant sending" will be very good the project.

What about the fees? Increase the value of the fee according to the popularity of the currency?

- "SwiftX" costs 0.01 XLR - transaction time under 1 second
-  transaction with recommended fee costs 0.0001 XLR -  will be confirmed within the next block (transaction time  ~ 1 minute)
-  transaction "no fee" - will be confirmed within the next block unless the transactions per second capacity is reached.

Thank you for support Solaris !

Is something up with the Windows wallet? It's fully sync'd to the blockchain but my transactions/balances aren't updating. I created the wallet and then sent the coins I had in the web wallet to my software wallet once it fully sync'd. I then started mining to the same address and none of the tx are showing up in the wallet, just my initial deposit. I can see everything fine on the blockexplorer, but wallet just shows the initial tx. Any ideas?

Just ignore that bumbling clueless person. The reason he keeps repeating what he's saying is because he can't actually write the letter itself to the FBI and mail it himself, because they're gonna swat his own house, or he'll be put under surveillance for the rest of his natural life. So he wants someone else to do it.

If anything, he's the fraud.

Thanks for the reply....I saw the "wallet repair" options after I posted and ran the re-sync and tx are showing up now. Will have to keep this in mind going forward as I'm guessing this is a current issue since the tools are built in. Looking forward to future releases!
