lol, same question and same answer. i wonder why people dont bother to read first page.

Unfortunately, now people do not like to read information at all and want to immediately get answers to their questions. That's not what it says it says

 1 XLR (90% distributed to staker AND masternode - 10% available to budget system)

So between them Masternodes and stakers of coins get 90% of the reward (so 0.9XLR) and the other 10% goes in the budget to be used as required.

Yeah, someone did get rid of coins, but now there are more masternodes than ever, more than 515. That means more than half of the coin supply is locked up in masternodes. So I don't get where the thinking of this troll comes from, or he clearly has a screw lose.

There is no relation between mining and wallet sync, you even can mine without wallet running. But, of course, when you run it you wont see correct balance untill full sync.
