Yesterday bitcoin was low at $18306 on the same day it has risen up to $19226 again it has fallen to $18337 and now it is at $18777.  For long term trader any fall is an opportunity.

The best time to invest is when market price is down, however, since altcoin or even bitcoin price is volatile, there's no way to tell or even predict when will bitcoin price go up or down. I think now is the best time to invest in crypto when the price is low. I think situation will change in several days
