coinexchange.io has a really low trade volume.  I don't think it is used very much.  We need to look into other exchanges.

There's also bittrex. I don't like Yobit.

I'm sure you don't.

EDIT: Wow just replied to myself. Super high.

Where is wallet, I can't download it from github??

You can, go to https://github.com/nukeling/Wyvern  find the file called wyvern-qt.exe.  download and install that.  Don't forget to run it twice as it will throw an exception the first time.

Ok, everything is working fine, but how to add nodes?

you have to copy the addnode text from the main post into your wyvern.conf file, which is located in %appdata%\wyvern.

I can get behind that.  We'll need community members to make requests.  I'll make one myself.

yes it takes a day for the coins to mature.  Your wallet must be online and unlocked to stake.

For all of you using Nvidia to mine this coin, if you are not alread- Try using this miner, i guarantee you will get a better hashrate! Sometimes 30+ % Improvement. Those of you only getting 35-37 on 1070s are definitely not using it, i get 47mh/s on a 1070 overclocked.

Here is a link:
https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer/releases/tag/2.0-rc2

Try both releases for this version, depending on your card you may get more with one or the other.
ccminer-2.0-rc2-cuda-6.5.7z
ccminer-2.0-rc2-cuda-8.0.7z

To the Dev:
Thanks for an amazing coin and for your service! The world needs more honest, trustworthy people. I have mined a couple early crypto-coins but this one stands out for all of the integrity it has. You and your TEAM has. If any of your other mates have served, thanks to them aswell. If you ever need web-dev help let me know! I have a busy schedule but would love to help wherever possible.

Thanks,

Bam.

Thanks for the kind words!  We have a web developer but may need help in the future with the purpose of the coin (which is to be exchangeable for games or services.)  Right now the exchange is a simple form on the site but we want to eventually develop it into a legitimate online store.   Will be sure to keep you informed/in mind.

No problem man, i can definately do an online store that uses the rpc protocol to purchase goods in real time with the coin. Have a good night man!

That could be really good.  Our current store setup is lacking to say the least.  We are rather surprised by the amount of attention we have received and are meeting Saturday to  finalize a roadmap to release to the community.  We intend be more specific on the application of the coin.  Have a great night!

I don't think I was clear on the POS description earlier so I will write up a synopsis here.  Your coins will be mature after 24 hours from a transfer.  You will automatically start staking from your wallet balance provided it is open, unlocked, and online.  Maximum stake age is unlimited so you can stake your coins as long as you like.  Annual percentage rate is 5%.

Yeah, for such an early coin the net hashrate is pretty awesome.

Unless you're stuck mining with a GTX 760 like me with only 6MH/s. Grin

All joking aside, this is indeed a very encouraging start for Wyvern, and we are excited to see an enthusiastic community. Now, let's get more people on the bandwagon!

I'll add that to the list for the dev meeting tonight.  I'm sure one of the team members can take care of it.
