[ANN] Wyvern: what happened and why, a message from the original dev

They have a new developer, protinam. Looks like he and colonelclink are working hard getting things back on track.

Anyone wishing to run their own seed node can find the modified seeder code for Wyvern at https://github.com/protinam/wyvern-seeder or a Docker image at https://hub.docker.com/r/protinam/wyvern-seeder/.

Finishing up a new (nicer) website, should be along in a few days.

Since XLR moves to xevan algo,   the WYV will be the only one who uses nist5.

Sure; binary releases are quite possible, I can set up build infrastructure. Which platform - Windows?
