Honestly, although having a not very successful ICO stage, Minex team still stick with their plan and develop quickly. I'm very proud and happy because having a little invest in them. I also hope the price would go up more and reach 20$ in very short time in the future.
p/s: still regret because invest not much and just sell 50% MNX when its just listed on the exchange with the price of 0.0002BTC

This coin going up very fast. Rank 137 at coinmarketcap in just 19 days. But Circulating Supply there is wrong, it sould be almoust twice bigger and that mean MNX is in Top 100 of all coins at CMC.

Its just a day that mnx price at $7-8, now at $10! And hoping for its stability to climb up!

If you don't have the private key(s) to your wallet address(es), then you're out of luck.
Unless you download a program that detects and lists 'deleted' items on the HDD, then locate and restore your wallet with the hope (and luck) that it hasn't been partially over-written by the system during HDD usage. I've never had to do this personally, but I imagine it's possible (as I've personally recovered other files in such a manner).

How does the unlocking work (besides reloading the secured non-encrypted wallet.dat) ? In another similar wallet i can input my password to unlock but there doesnt even seem to be a command to do that at least not in the standard command list.

Minexcoin Core is based on Bitcoin Core.
For that reason, like Bitcoin Core, I think that it is impossible to delete passphrases. However it may be possible to unlock the wallet for a period of time using the debug window.

The wallet is more or less perpetually locked. However, if you send from the wallet, it will ask for the passphrase.
If you want to manually unlock it for whatever reason, you can go into Help -> Debug Window -> Console (tab), and use the "walletpassphrase (passphrase) (seconds)" to unlock the wallet; no quotes or parenthesis, and it only remains unlocked for (seconds) duration. There's no reason to unlock it as it isn't a PoS type of wallet (unlock for staking only), and it's requested upon Send attempt.
