Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

And only after that the test itself Simple: we will choose the winners depending on the right answers in the test if there will be more than 3 winners with same score, than God of Random will choose 3 amongst them |

Cryptopia is trying to back and may be people will be able to recover their ETT and other tokens as well. But after that it will not remain same exchange as it was before this hacking incident. What I mean to say is that encryptotel team should already think at other exchanges. At the moment livecoin isn't sufficient in no way.

That's the main point we are concentrated at, but we can't just throw away the money to get on an exchange, that must be reasonable choice |
