Yes performance timings... RX 470/570 Elpida can have about 30MH/s, 31MH/s with great card.

I did the bios editor for powercolor 570 4gb. copied 1750 timings to 2000 (2:1750 to 2:2000), flashed, reboot,  did the pixel patcher, reboot, did the command prompt (2 steps), reboot, and checked overclock with afterburner no increase in mhs...am i doing something wrong? Forgot to mention i flipped the switch over as well on the card

copied 1:1500 till 1:2000

made my hashrate  25- to low 26.xxx . but i cant oc may memory clock more then 1800

my rx 570 powercolor red devil 4gb(hynix) can make it to 1900mhz+ around 27-28mhs

are all xfx rx570 like this or someone here made it more than 26mhs?

Did you strap your red devil? what are you running the core at? I can't get over 27 with mine I straped 1750 all to way to 2250 and it made no difference.

My reddevil Powercolor 4gb 570 didnt have 2250 strap it stopped at 2000....am i missing something maybe wrong version of polaris bios editor??

No, only few cards have 2250.

Wrong straps, you edit other memory vendor.

hi, can someone tell me if there is a difference when using both 8+6pin on the nitro+ vs only 8pin?

my rx570 pulse has only 8pin and gets me 29.4MH/s so I wonder do I need both connectors to get the same hash on the nitro+?

the issue is that I can only buy the nitro+ but putting more than 4 gpu in the rig would require more then 2 psu

You can run the card with only the 8pin connected, it will mine. Tested.

Since yesterday I am having an issue with dual ETH/SIA mining on SMOS. Dual mining stops after like 8-10 hours of rig restarted.

Power consumption reduces accordingly on the wall. SMOS shows rig is OFF but actually it is digging ETH as the wall consumption and ethminer pool shows my rig  isactive and unpaid balance increases.

Before this started to happen I noticed one of my 6 GPU's hash rate fluctuates between 19.XX-27.XX. I happens within seconds and goes back up and keeps fluctuating.

I will check power connections and risers for this GPU by replacing it with another GPU  to see whether it works fine on other riser and other GPU works fine on this riser.

Possible reasons:

Insufficient power--> Have dual Evga 850 G2  on add2psu. So power should be enough.
PS1--> Powers 3 GPU (2 on risers and 1 on mobo) and system. PS2--> Powers 3 risers and 3 GPUs on them.
I wanted to avoid SATA-molex adapters so shared GPU/riser pairs on PSUs.


Power connections--> I plugged one GPU on mobo, 4 GPU on PCIE 6 Pin powered risers and 1 GPU on 4 Pin Molex powered riser. Do not even use SATA-molex adapter.

BIOS Mod--> I will decide this after I switch GPUs on risers. If thrashing GPU keeps lowering hash on other riser then BIOS/Volt settings of this GPU might have an issue.

Temprature--> Thrashing GPU is in between two other GPU's. The one in front it has better air flow but but the one behind the middle GPU works fine so far. Although it is breathing hot air from middle one.

Pool--> Using SIAmining. It was fine for a couple of days since I started dual mining. Now it rejects my rig?

SMOS--> Rig is digging ETH now but SMOS says my rig is OFF?


Edit_1: I switched GPU 2 (the one losing hash ) with GPU_1. Now both works fine but now GPU_3 started to fluctuate on hash values And GPU_3 has better space then other cards. It does not look like a riser problem.

Will make another switch to track the problem.

Any ideas?

Edit_2: I managed to specify ne gpu with bios modding problem. Cut its undervolting and gave little bit more mV.

Now system looks ans runs fine.

Has anyone used a Visiontek 570?  I just got a hold of them and am about to setup my rig.  I'm a bit hesitant to keep them though because hardly anyone talks about Visiontek cards..

Right now im mining with 3x xfx rx 570 4gb and a powercolor rx 570. But when i tried adding a 580 8gb. System reads all 5 cards but only 2 are working. Tried gen1 lane. Tried rearranging the cards. My mobo is asrock b250 fatality gaming k4. Can any one help me here?
