So in trading how do you deal with loss? For example you've invested in an alt and now it has fallen quite hard and you're on the brink of losing all your bitcoin you invested in it.
How do you actually deal with it? Do you wait and keep on waiting in hope that it will bounce back up and return your investment or you sell and get whatever left of your investment?

When I lose in the trading or gambling, I always telling to myself that it is all right and it is part for becoming a good trader. I know that I will gain a lot of profit by learning in my mistakes.

Yeah you're mistake is a chance to try harder and this can help us to make a better person.
Well like you, when I lose I just call it a day and move on. Sometimes I just eat comfort foods instead of thinking what I lose. This is I always do and really works for me everytime.

Eating comfort foods is away to run away from the problem which means you are losing and your system is not working, you must find a path that feels right always.
I think you were right since he doesn't solve his own problems but instead he just forget it and he never learned anything with his loss i guess. In fact he could be a great trader and investor if he manage to take a note or at least a list of what went wrong and why does it happened. This should helps him to take an easy steps to be a professional trader/investor.

One type what he is doing is right. When we lose money immediately, we will not get any solutions. In that time if you think also it is just time waste no idea will come to your mind. But after taking some rest and when your mind is fresh you think about your loss definitely you will get a better solution.

For the first few losses you will feel that uncertainty and doubt in your abilities. Like you just wasted your hard earned money. Telling yourself why did you get in this in the first place. The best way to deal with loss is to talk about it with somebody. Share it. Like going to these forums and read what others have gone through. You'll find out you're not the only one. Absorb it and learn from it. And always share. Help others to help yourself. EVentually you'll get used to it and gain the confidence you need to be a better trader.

I'm waiting for a miracle...)
If seriously, hope on up trend for all strong alts and BTC. And wait for pumps, of course.
Also I promise to myself, that will set stoploss on every coin henceforth..

I deal with it like I deal with a win. It is all part of trading.

If you feel bad this isn't for you.

Just move on and learn from your mistake dude...if you keep on blaming yourself for that loss or you are stuck in loop thoughts of regret, that is not going to get your money back!

Yes, it is always good to move on because if you stay it can't make you learn. So you have to move from your mistake to profit-making steps.
In this industry, we have to move on, if you stuck at one point and you can't regain back all your knowledge.
Why I could not? If I accept my loss and use the remaining amount for try invest to other coins, I still have opportunity for regain my money in someday.

Never panic and sell off your coins at a loss looking at the trend,if you are at profit and if the market is negative you could sell off and buy back at a later time but never sell off anything when you are at a loss because the price of all the coins ,i mean the top coins will always recover and never panic sell because the market is red,the reason for the swing is because of the uncertain news from China and when everything is clear the market will be back to normal.

You're right. I'm newbie and desperately fight with panic desire to sell everything in such moments..
Another user in local forum bench complains - he bought BTC by 4750$ and sold it by 3000$... Because smb in topic said, that it can down to 200$. And that's credit money..

I don't go all in at once in a trade with my capital, instead I divide my capital into parts and enter at different price levels, then patience for profit. If profit didn't happene, I quietly exit at an average loss and move on

I will wait even though I have to wait a long time, I am sure the price of altcoin that I buy will go rise up same to the price I bought, if it is past my purchase price I will sell for earn some profit, because yesterday I have bought too often in high price then sold at a low price because the price fell so I suffered a huge loss, so I will not repeat the same thing for the second time

somewhere you win,. You guarantee that you get a plus a little more often.
If you have invested enough into a bad coin then it's better to go out of it after some time and do research on some good coins and invest it.
My steps are waiting for some time in the hope that I can return the BTC to no profit and if some time is not to come to fruition then I will be forced to sell them rather than lose all the BTC.

With this scenario or event all you need to to deal with this situation is wait for the bounce back. Your emotions can't help with it so i believe that you can be positive all the time. Dont make your emotions ruin your strategies in trading.

The loss in trading is reasonable, all of us ever had a loss. But if we won't to face the loss in trading, then the Hold is the right solution, although should to wait a long time for back to normal situation.

Not a big problem as long as you use what you can afford, trading is risking your money so chances of losing is here.
However, this is better than gambling because every loss you have might give your a learning experience and if you keep learning you will surely improve and eventually will have more wins than loses in the future, it's a process so you have to deal with it.

But sadly we cannot control sometimes our emotion if we see that there are bad things happening on bitcoins thats why we see some fallen of price and we actually experience mass panic selling by just now since we doesnt know on when would this coin pump and we are facing on unsure situation where big countries is involed.

Look at bitcoin today, you can't tell that those who buy it $500 are loser now but they actually winners now. Sometimes, their are ups and downs but then even how much or how long it takes bitcoin now almost achieve $5000 see? So, if someone losses btc because of trading or gambling I know that some times or some days it will get back to you 10 times fold or even 100 times fold, it will bounce back to you. You just keep on waiting while you are hard working don't lose hope, there is time especial time for you.

I will just accept it, you cant turn back time and change what you had already done. And remembering that mistakes will just gives you depression and it gives you bad mood that can be a caused of bad decision. If you had done a lot of vad decisions it may ruined your business and it will affect all those things that surrounds you. So just a piece of advice, dont let your emotion drive you away because you will just do terrible thing if that happened.

I usually don't sell for a loss but however, I understand that in every trade there is risk involved, if you are not profiting it means you are loosing. However, if I am loosing from the investment that I made, I just hold and hope that the coin recovers, if it doesn't I keep holding so that it goes up to the value I bought it for and sell. All the coins that I have invested in recently dumped very hard, but I don't have any other choice than holding since I can't afford to lose.
