Sometimes the Hodl tactic does not bear fruit. For example, in a falling market it is better to sell ICO tokens at once, otherwise you will have to wait for the price to rise for too long.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

It depends on the price of bitcoin in the market. Why would you have to sell your bitcoins in a lower price if you can hold it and wait for it's price to rise then sell it. That'll give you more opportunity and a lot of income as well if you'll be able to sell your bitcoin in a high price. Do not just sell what you have right now, wait for it to have a much better value then sell it. Patience my friend, patience.

In trading how do you know if it is time to still hold or is it the right time to sell? Do you go buy your profit margin or actually wait for the highest possible peak?
For example, if you're earning like 10% of your investment, would you just sell or would you be interested in waiting and seeing if it goes more up so you could earn more, in doing that its possible that it may go down and you then earn like 5-8%
But what is your process in this? How do you go about hold and sell timings?
I can see from the development of the graph and the development of the price. If the graph is high it means I have to sell it immediately but if the graph is still down I will hold it until everything gets better. If I get 10% of my investment, of course, I will not immediately sell it. But I will hold it until the percentage goes up even though I know it will drop. But I believe it is only temporary and profit is waiting for me. So I'm really going to sell in a very appropriate way.

Looking at the current market, we should keep holding. According to the comparison between this year and last year, Bitcoin will still have a day of rising prices. When the price reaches your desired goal, you can choose to sell.

In my opinion now we should wait for while. Because in my opinion  will drop to 5K$. That's why personally I will wait for new bottom to buy or returning the price to upward trend above 11K$. But sell now is not smart decision. Hold all your assets and enjoy with profit next year.

That is what we have to decide according the nature of the coin. Trading is a form of an art and though we can use science here it is all up to us to eventually decide when to buy and to sell. I am sure there are many traders who are good in reading candles and graphs or any tool they are familiar with. Personally, I am not yet into real trading though I kept some coins in my wallet and yes sometimes it can be tempting to really do trading knowing that your coins has already made some profits.

And Its really hard to tell on when it would be the exact time to buy or sell on which most traders do have problem on this even the most professional traders on the world this is the thing why trading is an unpredictable job because we dont know on when is the right time to sell or hold since we dont know whats the movement.
Yes i agree on that bitcoin is really unpredictable and we really don't know when was really the right time to sell, that is why the best strategy is maybe to hold on and wait for the right price to sell. Because if we sell it directly we cant even know on what amount of profit we gain on the near future if we are holding we can maube do better decision.

That's right, I agree with you if in this situation better to Hold than sell,
Because we're believe that the price of Bitcoin will be recovered and increased again.

holding will give you best returns in long term as price will surely be higher in next few years so if you don't want to take any risk of investing then holding is the best option for you which can give you guaranteed profits in long term.

I was prefer to hold for a long term even i have a small amount of some tokens in my wallet because i realy bilieve in some altcoins that will gave me a good profit in the future. Selling them now and make regret in the future is not a good discession that i did already before and i dont want to do it again thta serves me a good lesson.

Yes, you are right many people don't have the ability to analyse the market and they always need short-term profits. They won't bother about the prices in future but people who have the ability to control their patience will surely make most of the money through holding because surely they will make the profit in long run.

People have their own strategies in trading. I personally prefer to hold if the price still not hitting my target price but if there's a bad news with the altcoin i traded and i'm in profit position then i sell it right away (except the altcoin that i want to hold for long term).

Here you need to navigate the situation, you need to have some experience in trading on a short position. Everything can solve a couple of seconds, so the risks are high.

Bitcoin is still growing today in the cryptocurrency market but the rate is still low (1.46%). You should continue to keep your bitcoins, not to sell them cheaply right now. I think the price of bitcoin will definitely increase.

For myself, I clearly decided that I will not trade more, just keep in long. The market is too unstable, you can just sell your coin and no longer buy back.

In my opinion patience is the main trait of a successful trader. And only holding of assets during the long period of time can help you to get big profit. That's why investments in cryptomarket should base on this two simple things. Long-term investment is the key to success.

There is no point to put yourself some limit when we are talking about earnings, the limits should be there so you protect yourself from losing money, but those limits are useless when it comes to earning money, if the price goes up for 50% you are not going to sell when it hits 10% you want to sell as high as possible, so when bitcoin reaches the peak you will only sell if bitcoin loses 10% of its value, you will not get the full profits but you will get most of it which is what it is important.
