It's unfortunate that all these trolls picked XBY to target and then to make personal issues with CCR. It really degraded our productive and project related communication process in the slack. I support restricting the slack to productive members if that is what it will take to get some work done on this. Go XBY team!

I agree with this.  The slack gets bombarded with junk criticism and spamming because they thinks it's funny or they want to push the price down.  If creating a layer of resistance stops or slows that down the whole community will be better off.  Unfortunately there is nothing to do about it here on this public forum.  The best way to deal with it here is to not let them bait you into negative talk.  Respond to them in polite manner and keep the information about XBY coming.

fishfishfish is a mod on the Slack so there was probably a misunderstanding with one of the other mods (biker?). There was a lot of brigading and spam new accounts so you may have got caught in the crossfire.

The vitals and pulse system of the network are being finished off by borz, with a final testnet with those components active forthcoming. Then the nodes will be migrated to the new Zolt chain and go live.

Come on the above questions are not legitimate. My question was always does CCREV have the skills and aptitude to really turn what I still believe is a billion dollar project which is superior in spec at least to its peers like NEO, ETH and Stratis etc. I still have those doubts but in the end the project doesn't have in my opinion a hint of any scam and Dave isn't like some evil guy. So my hope is he just hires the right people to market and present this right. It's actually pretty simple, a good graphics guy, a good marketing guy, a few roles like that and then he just needs to let them do a good job.

But don't mix what I and some were saying to the stuff above which is FUD to drag the price down. And also just cause you dont like CCREV doesn't mean the project is doomed and doesnt justify moaning forever in slack. This is crypto, projects have a long life ahead of them. Even CCCEV will work out in the end he needs to start listening to others if he wants this to grow.

My thinking is CCREV need some support and he DOES need to start listening to people like Jhar and Sam etc but I fear it's too late for those relationship to recover. My problem has always been a simple cool project has been over complicated and then CCREV has floundered under his own complications. Borz does need some developing help but apart from that all these silly competitions and silly bounties are a mess. I look at projects like this and I just wish we friken pulled our head out of our asses and started making a coordinated clean and simple presentation of the project. Look at this for example.

I personally blame other people in the community that throw complex ideas around and dont have the skills to back them up. Would of been better to just grab some funds and just get the right person to do a job from the start And that will take some leadership to direct that. I personally think the website is nothing to be proud of or the ANN and it wasn't just CCREV behind it. Lots of cooks spoiling the broth. IMO.

While I agree the questions are asinine I remember when he first came in asking them, he was just shunned to the corner etc no one willing to help, in his mind (assuming it’s not a sock puppet troll) is that these questions should be answered before I consider investing, that’s my problem with blanketely calling these types spammers, yeah he spammed at the end but at first simply posted his questions and waited on a response. The essence of what Will is saying is right but I think he gave up on XBY a long time ago and now if he does have an opinion is more for fun and maybe a bit of a short term trade. I do also blame certain certain people for not allowing free discussion and rush to ban. Read back a few pages that's what pissed me off. I just think a bit of nuance and discernment to separate stupid shit (which is funny actually) and genuine discussion and yes genuine annoyance. I know you are in the genuine annoyance camp, so it's legitimate.



To be honest a bit of quiet on the slack wouldn't hurt a bit so work can happen. I don't think having a 'lively trading' section does fuck all for XBY. Personally I think a lot of it puts off more serious crypto investors who shun this shitcoin bullshit environments....it might seem fun for a few months but after seeing it for years it gets pretty old.....pretty quick.

No I wasn't spamming or fuddin just asked a question. Would like to be unbanned I am a static owner and never once stepped outta line in slack.
