Good Altcoin for longterm investment

i just want to invest my BTC with a good Altcoin for longterm investment,, with proof of stake system 
so i can staking my coin too
maybe 1 - 2 years from now,,
suggest me a good altcoins,,

there is nothing i am afraid.
only thing that you can trust for long term investment is bitcoin. all the other altcoins will go down in the long term and only it is in short term that they get pump and dumped and can give you any profit.
and always try to do your own analysis instead of asking others to tell you what to invest in.

there was one altcoin called DMD (Diamond) that i think had a pretty good stable price and if i am not mistaken it was a POS system. you might want to check that out because i don't have many details on it.

I think the only investment in Crypto that has been solid enough, tested and trusted is Bitcoin, Altcoins market is full of so many uncertainties and no guarantee that in 1 year time the value won't have gone to zero. Buy Bitcoin and hold the fundamentals is strong enough

Agreed, choose a coin from the top 5-10 of coinmarketcap, Ripple would be a very good choice. But do your own research too, don't go with someone else's word. Its your bitcoin to lose so, go with a stable, high supply, good development and something that is actually a practical crypto currency in the future.

Just been suggested above always go for those altcoin which are listed on the top coinmarketcap since those coins does really have the potential on increasing its price but still not a guarantee that in 2 years time i would able to move thats why do it for your own risk.If you arent sure on choosing alts then better to stick to bitcoin.

I'd go for Ripple. The partnership it's going to have with the banks will mean a pretty high price for mid-2018. I'm looking for XRP too, and I see high potential right there. Buy 10k XRP and split your risks with other Altcoins too, such as NEM, which are still affordable.

2. XRP, Rippel is technologically pretty good coin, XRP is also working with several banks.

3. ETH, with coin smartcontrac it works very well.

4. EDG, coin gambling with 0% house edge, application and gambling on the blockchain  with smartcontrac.

I think this coin will good grow at a price of $ , because with bitcoin exchanges that have very significant damage, then satoshi on this coin is still very difficult to predict.

Eth is now expensive, on other hand litecoin has the highest trading volume (yesterday I saw it on poloniex) and price is still low, if I can say that. I don`t know about eth, price is high for me, and I don`t know much about eth is it good to wait for some drop before buying, or price can increase more without any drop. Ltc is going good, and I think ltc will stand with eth, dash, and zcash in price, ltc is underestimated and I think price should be similar like this coins I mentioned at least, and maybe more.

open some charts, you can find them on all the exchanges, you can also find them on places such as coinmarketcap.com that list these altcoins all in one place and then look at some of their histories.

do you see the pump and dumps in short term and do you see the overall long term price dropping? i guess that should answer your question about not wanting to invest in any of these. specially those altcoins that have been rising in the past month and now are in a bubble.

You can invest an altcoin for longterm investment which is on top in the coinmarketcap. I think the lists in coinmarketcap is the best altcoin you can invest and you can earn profit. Just like eth, litecoin, because as I can observe this is really quite moving in the exchange.

I don't think there is any POS coin that have good future because all of them have fix inflation rate so supply on market will be always high which is not good for price. Rather than investing in some alt and wait for 1-2 years you can invest in few promising ICO's which can pull you nice profit within 6-12 months. There are few alts that are collecting good amount of investment right now like taas, aeternity and lunyr, check them.

NEM best option for me.
 Also with POI and not POS, which is a lot better. You can harvest fees by just connecting to the server. And you also don't need to throw your PC away after 1 year of POS. (If it's just regular PC ofc)

But I recommend you doing your own research. You don't have to trust me. Just find out what's the best yourself.

I would go for byteball. Good devs + nice client + no blockchain. And on top of it: You get 10% every month for your current holding. Think about the compounded interest...

Most of the POS coins are decreasing in value since the people holding the coins are trying to dump the rewards for more Bitcoins.
