What is the marketing strategy for this ICO? There never has been much awareness raised about Minereum. Hopefully this will be different. We need the big crypto news pages on social media to post about it, like coindesk on twitter.. over 200k followers!
I think yeah, marketing is the only thing remaining to do in this ICO, but we still have many days before september, it can be done.

you have alright marketing has always been lacking to MNE..also if this token had hit bittrex mne would been more accessible.

MNE was airdropped, no ICO. So no money to pay for listing at the bigger exchanges, no money for PR and Marketing.
Everything that was done on PR was almost all community driven.

ART will be an ICO and with the ETH raised Dev will pay his partners for PR, Marketing and possibly listing at the bigger exchanges.
Therefore ART will gain much more traction and the initial value should be much higher compared to MNE was it was launched.

MNE remains the first ever automating coin made in crypto and will continue to mine its coins (1.7 by address per day) It will remain loyal to its own roadmap and will continue to serve its purpose for the years to come.

No, you will be able to buy as much as you want

Dev something is not clear to me about Artemine concept
If I buy 1000 art in ICO,  am I going to get 1000 art sent to my wallet once and then the wallet will generate another 1000 art within 60 years making a total of 2000 art after 60 yrs..

Or

Will I get 1000 art only once during a period of 60 yrs ??

Pls I need an answer..Thanks

Hi
For me it's looks like
total supply of artemine will
be fixed. In that way regardless of how many you are holding, new token genaretion won't be possible! And about your second
question I'm not sure as well. Would love to hearnig back from Dev!

Thanks!

You will receive about 1.3888 coins monthly (daily about 0.0463 coins)

So buy 400 MNE and get 40k ART = mining 1.8 coin a day = 54 coins a month.
If valued at 10 USD = 540 USD a month = 6.5k USD a year.

The trading value is off course speculation but being an ICO there will be much more exposure compared to MNE which was community driven.

Hi Everyone,

These are the exchange rates we will use for the ICO:

The ICO will run for 30 days, for each day you can see the price of 1000 ART in ETH and MNE.

As an example, in the first day 1 ETH will buy 1000 ART and 10 MNE will buy 1000 ART.

All purchased ART will then be mined for about 60 years as per the current average block time (100000000 ETH blocks), the actual duration will depend on the ethereum block time over time.

Holy moly the mother of Batman and Robin, the rate is insane. 1eth:10mne  finally I found it, the reason why MNE got Hit 300% today. but 60 years is longer than MNE it self why not 42 years same as MNE genesis address will fully mature ?

I've been relentlessly shilling MNE throughout the whole of this topic. Perfectly sensible thing to do for me since I own a genesis address and dev never asked for any money.

The recently announced ICO, and the way in which it is constructed, changes things around though.

Where we previously had an anonymous dev who was giving away money with a 3 page white paper with a lot of blank spaces we now have an anonymous dev who is asking for money with a 3 page white paper with a lot of blank spaces. Dev never disclosed the amount of genesis accounts dev owns. This wasn't a problem before because everything was for free.

Now we have Dev holding an ICO using both MNE and ETH but at a rate of 1 ETH to 10 MNE.

Naturally people will want to participate in the ICO of Minereum's magic Dev. They'll run to buy MNE because they'll get a far better rate using MNE for the ICO than when using ETH.

The result is a huge pump in price for MNE.

Nice for MNE holders such as me. And MNE holders such as Dev.

But hey, MNE Dev never disclosed how many genesis addresses he holds? It never was an issue because everything was always paid for and given for free. But it is an issue now all of a sudden. All of a sudden there is real money involved.

Could it be that dev is creating artifical demand for MNE so he can offload his stash? Could it be that Dev is looking for an exit?

Coins like Mastercoin and Nxt pulled exactly the same trick.

Any MNE holder at this point will want full proven disclosure on the amount of MNE genesis addresses Dev holds

I'm not calling scam here but there are red flags everywhere. I would hope Dev will address the issues I've just pointed out.

I think you sold cheap and now began to whine. Do you like to take other people's money? Count yours. How many addresses do you have? 10..20..30 ..?

He, too, can say that he has 1. No one will check how many of them you or he has. At me too 1. But I bought still 9к coins at a  exchange. People have been buying them for a long time. Why are you interested only now?

Good point, I'm a genesis holder as well. Never touched my tokens. I'm tempted to sell just to get some BTC, but I want to see how far this goes. I'm interested in Artemine. I'm sure the dev has more than 1 genesis address too, but doubt he would show his stash. Only time will tell.  Smiley

stupid question.  when i am ready to transfer my MNE from Livecoin to MEW, do I just click on the withdraw MNE and send it to my MEW address?  And then from there to purchase ART in the ICO, just send the required MNE to the address they provide?  Is there a reason Livecoin has disabled withdraws until 8/24?  Anyone know?

MNE could reach as high as $20-$30 before the start of ico based on the table presented by the dev.  It sure is rewarding for those that bought at a cheap price.

What you are saying is valid concerns and should be dealt with before the ICO starts.I dont think the dev will disclose anything and if what you are saying is true, this coin will be dead soon

But hey, MNE Dev never disclosed how many genesis addresses he holds? It never was an issue because everything was always paid for and given for free. But it is an issue now all of a sudden. All of a sudden there is real money involved.
Any MNE holder at this point will want full proven disclosure on the amount of MNE genesis addresses Dev holds
I'm not calling scam here but there are red flags everywhere. I would hope Dev will address the issues I've just pointed out.

Let's set things straight:
Maybe you got MNE for free but others had to buy so there was real money involved since MNE hit an exchange! (not "all of a sudden")
If you don't trust dev, don't talk in the name of all MNE holders... I as MNE holder don't want full proven disclosure  (even if dev has lots of adresses, the more reason he should be involved)
Everybody must make his own research and trust his own instinct when investing in crypto, especially ICOs. If you don't trust MNE dev, just don't invest in this ICO and stop making demands.

I have 1, and I hodled through thick and thin. I don't think I asked an outrageous question here.

He, too, can say that he has 1. No one will check how many of them you or he has. At me too 1. But I bought still 9к coins at a  exchange. People have been buying them for a long time. Why are you interested only now?

He has a point man, dev can answer that he has one address as well and no one can check that, so I think it will be better to support the dev on whatever it is, or go out already from this scenery, thats the only 2 choices  here, and I think you are smart enough to pick which one.
