Death penalty is Good for some cases, ex : someone  kills so many people or he/she killed one innocemt family, he/she must get a death penalty

Also the case of a rape should also include in the lists of crime for death penalty. I believe it should be one of the priority case, since the rape victims is increasing rapidly just like theft. And it is not good.

Death penalty is such a good way of disciplining your people and to help the nation in decreasing the crimes. As the advantages I cited in my first sentences it is really an amazing program.Then I am agree with the death penalty because there's a lot of criminals who can't stop by the government especially those drug pushers, killers, and rapist.

It may be right that it is a good way to discipline the residents of a place or a country to make it more peaceful, but the problwm is that, the culture of the country you are in. Most country with big Christian people decline Death Penalty, their reason is that the country is not used to spill blood as a Christian, but it makes more criminals do their thing and the sympathy will be on the hands of the people, which is really absurd.

Death penalty for rape? Sounds ridiculous to me. I'm not against death penalty for the worst crimes, but rape is definitely not one of those. A raped woman can have a normal life, she's not mutilated or anything. The punishment should always be equal to the crime.

Rehabilitation is not possible in case of certain types of criminals, such as pedophiles and rapists. These people are likely to offend again, no matter of how much rehabilitation they receive.

WE might have killed an innocent person, or will undoubtedly will kill an innocent person in the future by death penalty. And when that happens, we all become murderers, why? because it is our tax money that pays for it. And if we are all murderers, would we all be put on the death penalty? No, because the truth is, the death penalty isn't about being moral, it's about saving money.

As for a solution, i can think of many ways to save money on lifer's in prison. example, buy them tents instead of thick concrete, have an electric fence a few yards away. throw them a dead cow to eat or something. I think the jail system is way too luxurious.

I will concede that those that peddle hard drugs cause great harm to society. But is the death penalty an effective deterrent? We have an ever growing opiod crisis here in the States, and the death penalty is still in full effect alot of places. Same with felonious murder; we see periodic spikes related to drug activity. Death penalty never went anywhere during that time.

Besides the moral implications of the death penalty, the amount of error in the legal system prevents me from thinking the death penalty is a sound option. Lock em up. Put them to work even, to repay that debt to society, in a more meaningful way than sitting in a cell. But to kill them, is the same murder society condemned.

You got that right. Even with all the modern tests we still got around 5% of mistakes.
It means every time you kill 19 murederers rapists or whatever, you kill someone who's completely innocent...

agree with you bro. Death penalty is good way to discpline the people in your country. Because many people are do bad like rape, pusher of drugs, criminals are continue if what they hobby or doing. I think if the death penalty approve in one country the number of crime will be less. Like my country Philippines Mr . Duterte will submit that he wants to return or to back the death penalty to the philippines and as of now we will wait for for the approval of congress.

That's why you pay. To be sure that you're not killing someone innocent. That's what makes you a bit better than a serial killer.

He is not referring death penalty to drug users, if you read carefully you will understand that his statement are referring to the crime related incidents. This implies that he wants death penalty to stop people who are using drugs to stop doing crimes and death to drug peddlers and drug lords. One of the big reasons why crime is high is because of the increasing number of drug users. Drugs disrupts the neurons in our brains making the person to hallucinate, change their behavior that will result to making criminal deeds towards the society.
