What bothers me is the fact that the educated and the intelligent are not having children, while the least educated and the retards are having dozens. For example, people with the highest IQ can be found in East Asia, and they have the lowest fertility rates. On the other hand, Sub Saharan Africans, who normally have an IQ of less than 70 are having the highest fertility rates.

Because less educated people do not think about how to provide and raise a child, they are very selfish and behave almost like animals.

Wars are usually started because of competition for limited or perceived limited resources. That's the reason Africa has so many wars,  a lack of government in an environment were competition for resources, even on a civil scale, can have deadly consequences. Poor is the operative word; if you notice, the most active people tend to be the ones at the extreme ends of the continuum (the criminality of the poor vs the criminality  of the extremely rich, very different, but both overrpresented vs the middle class).

How can you educate them, when they are not interested in education? Look at South Africa. After almost three decades of racial quotas and affirmative action, the academic performance of the ethnic Africans remains pathetic.

I usually do not support it but i just cant also accept the fact that those kids being murdered or raped. There were just people that in my opinion deserves to die in a nature way. I would only support it only if there is a proper judgement and not being manipulated by money

Death penalty is very difficult issue, from political side, medical, social, philosophical, religious etc.
In case of war, to defend the nation and people, soldiers can shoot and kill the enemy.
However, what if we are not at war?
Does society have a moral right to apply the principle of an eye for an eye, tooth for tooth, life for life, as in the Old Testament?
In the most countries in the world today, answer is simple no.
They do not want to destroy human life, but to rehabilitate the person and allow repentance and new life.
I think that such way is much more humanistic than death penalty practice today in America.
If someone is too dangerous for society, it is clear that we will not let him out.

It's a good point that you are viewing it in many aspects. If we are going to base death penalty in the amount or depth of crime a person does, every individual will be more conscious in the acts they would do. Many are opposing death penalty because of they're advocacy as Pro Life, and for a reason that everyone deserves a second chance. Even if how bad you are, you can still be forgiven. Some would agree to this because of the pain and impact it gives in the society. This kind of punishment really needs more understanding and more studies. So that in the end, no one could say It's unfair!

That's true, heinous crimes like that don't deserve judgment anymore (if it's proven that it was done by him or her), they should be somehow made business with or already attended to, the victims maybe didn't deserve it if they are innocent it's just so hard to forgive those who have done evil things, that's all.

Death penalty serves two purposes. The first one is exactly what you had posted above. It exterminates evil people, and it scares others against doing violent and heinous crimes. The second purpose is justice. Those who commit murder and rape must pay the price.

In China the death penalty is given to mostly government officials who have stolen and embezzled state funds. This is the best way to deal with corruption in my opinion and it's good so far. I think murderers as well as those who shed blood and those who through some means makes one to lose their lives deserve the same fate. An eye for an eye.

My country is loaded full of Corruption. It's very organized that it is considered normal. It's even like a contest.
China certainly has a wise leader to come to such decision.
Hopefully my county will follow. It's only drug kingpin and terrorist who is mostly got death penalty.

If someone who murdered a single individual can be given the death sentence, then it is perfectly justified to give the same punishment to someone who stole $10 million in government funds. Because a lot of people are going to die as a result of this robbery. Less public funds mean less equipped hospitals, and poorly trained disaster management facilities.

I don't really agree with that as I also believe in redemption. but there are those people who simply do horrible things without remorse and smiles as they look back on what they did. for these people yeah, I think they'd be better off dead. though it's not as easy as that because the first thing we need is a very good and reliable justice system to avoid executing innocent people

I think it's not against humanity. The death penalty is not imposed for all types of offenses. The death penalty is only imposed on the offender who deserves it. Like someone who kills other people. When he dares to kill others, he must also be prepared to get the same. And also to people who corrupt the state money, eat state money that should be channeled to the people who really need the money. When he is corrupt, he makes many people who should be able to enjoy the money becomes increasingly miserable. I think a man like that deserves a death sentence.
