It depends on what you mean, do you mean leave a session? Or do you mean leave gambling for good? Well I'm sure you are not the only one facing this issue. So i can give you a solution for this problem. Let says you gamble on forrunejack on baccarat or whichever gamble you like , all you have to do is set a target when you achieve the first target eventually withdraw that and come back to your initial deposit. With this you don't lose everything of your amount if you get greedy or start panicking

The strategy are all present but with a problematic gambler they cannot effectively implement that, even if there is a plan that they follow but when the emotion will dictate them they tend to disregard the game plan and just go with their emotion until the end. Agreed, the absolute expectation of every gambler is a win. But in between when things go out of our prediction we give up and take it funny. The same should not get continued, because what we loss is hard to be retained. Need to set limits and participate so that can minimize the loss through gambling.

Not precisely, I think there are many reasons why someone may gamble, but while getting profits is possible if you are lucky, we must never forget that the chances of that are very low, that is why I think the only way you can get something out of gambling is if your purpose is gambling for fun and nothing else.

It is easy to say that, but targeting our first target? I don't think so, there is the thing in every gambling sites called "House Edge[" and this is the reason why we are losing most of the time, the reason why we can't win even though we want to, the reason why we are getting ourselves fired up and get addicted to gambling just because of this losses that we do have.

Having this false hope that we are going to win if only we are not going to quit gambling, I disagree, because we are going to lose more and more everyday if we are not going to accept the fact the gambling is not our thing.

I never bet my whole bankroll. I leave the game after I have lost half of it. I also will leave after a profit, but I don't have a rule on how much before I quit.

I usually leave gambling for that day when i start losing a lot in row, or have really bad luck in poker games. If i play dice games  ( i do that manually, without bot) so if i lose 10 times in row i quit.

You have to create small rules for yourself when you will quit, like winning 20% from what you deposited or maybe 20% lost, it will be easier for you to save your money if you can't feel when to stop
