Barcelona is a club with history and the management is very ambitious, they have the goal of becoming La Liga champions, not just finishing the season in the top 4. Although the moment with the debt is not clear how Barcelona is going to get out of this situation, if I'm not mistaken, the total debt until recently was still in excess of 1 billion euros. I think information about how Barcelona wants to buy a player comes from various managers and agencies, not from the club. For example, if you want to sell your player, it is always good to talk about how a club like Barcelona is interested in him. such rumours help to get a better interest in him and maybe even achieve a higher price.

I do no even think Bernado Silva is going to leave City, if he actually should have left it would have been last summer, he was heavily linked with a move away from City then, but Pep managed to convince him to stay at the Etihad, and it was a good decision he made cause he had a wonderful last season with tons of playing time, and another EPL title to put the icing on the cake.

Barcelona chooses its president in the election and no one can become president if he is not ready to promise a lot of trophies and success. It's a club where everyone is used to excellence and no one wants to accept mediocrity.

I have to say, whatever happens, I think this guy is a fighter.
He had a cardiac arrest and he is still playing football, and also playing well.
I think 4 assists and 1 goal are good in 11 appearances.
But, I am not sure about him playing in the English Premier League. I think that will be a little too hardcore for him, especially after he has suffered an injury like this.

Eriksen is a good player, but he can't just go to every league because he has health problems.
