Buying a new goal keeper is a good decision, I think De Gea is aged and is getting weaker, we can see it in his performance last season and this current season. A lot has changed, the De Gea I know before is far better than the De Gea now so in this best interest of the club it is time for a change and time to plan for the future. Bringing in a new goalkeeper will add better options in that position and will bring competition to De Gea probably make him improve.

I think you misjudged Ronaldo, he is an extraordinary player and he still has the physical and stamina that is still fit at his age. it's just that his desire to leave Old trafford made his performance unstable. in fact, until now the management of man united still maintains ronaldo until the end of his contract ends.
