Yes that's what's happening at Manchester United right now, even though they have some quality names but it can't build a dream team. They have a hard time getting up and when they seem hopeful, they fall back down even worse. I saw Ten Hag's expression in the last game, he couldn't believe that the team he was handling was like this.

I think De Jong is needed by Barcelona especially because he is a quality midfielder. He can still develop and become the best midfielder for the team, so it would be wrong to say he is not needed by Barcelona especially because he was not sold to Manchester United.

Barcelona did what they had to do, they wouldn't hurt themselves just for keeping De Jong. If in fact Manchester United are really interested in De Jong, they should have paid so much for him that Barcelona is hard to turn down. But what Manchester United do, they tend to recede when the price is too high.

This would be a great deal. It's hard to believe we're so close. It hasn't been completed yet, but Manchester United is confident it will be soon. Casemiro is expected to be at United on Monday as the move is imminent! As early as tomorrow, Casemiro could have his medical. The defenders won't have to feel a lot of pressure as long as he gets started fast at Manchester United.

I guess it won't be easy for Man United to sign Casemiro. The striker's relationship with the midfield at Manchester United is not good. So bringing in an experienced player like Casemiro will stabilize Manchester United's midfield. More importantly, Casemiro has played alongside Ronaldo at Real Madrid for a long time. So if Casemiro joins the United team, the Casemiro-Ronaldo duo can play better. I don't think this will happen, because if Casemiro moves to Manchester United then Real Madrid's midfield will be lost a lot and also this is a bad choice for Casemiro's career considering Manchester United is a very volatile team.
As far as I know Casemiro is currently considering due to an attractive offer from Manchester United but it is not impossible that he will turn it down.
I really hope this doesn't happen, because I still want him to be a Real Madrid midfielder with Modric and Kroos.

Manchester United are so desperate to get new players, a lot of names have been linked to Manchester United and I heard the deal for Rabiot has been called off and Casemiro emerging as the preferred alternative which to me is very unlikely to happen. Yeah i also having a hard time to find other reasons for Casemiro to go from Real Madrid to Manchester united at the moment, so the only reason that remains could be that he gets a higher salary at Manchester United then at Real. From a sporting point of view this transfer makes absolutely no sense for Casemiro in my opinion. He is playing for the current Champions League winner and he is playing a very important role there. If he moves to Manchester United then he goes to a club that is in big trouble at the moment and that has lost their first two games of the season. Casemiro is a good football player and he can play 2-3 years with higher performance, considering that, the budget allocated for the transfer seems to be appropriate.
